The pillars of conventional cable-stayed bridges have a simple shape and are not very large, so a gondola-type work vehicle, which is commonly used for cleaning building windows, is suspended using wire ropes so that it can be raised and lowered. It was possible to carry out inspection and repair work on the above-mentioned work vehicle.

When inspecting or repairing a tower pillar that has become complicated and large as described above using a conventional gondola-type work vehicle, it is necessary to A guide rail is placed all the way to the bottom of the tower.
It is necessary to raise the work vehicle along the guide rail. However, because the work vehicle is small, it is not possible to inspect or repair the entire outer surface of the tower column unless it is sequentially moved to other locations and worked in the vertical direction. Therefore, it takes a lot of time to transfer the work vehicle to another guide rail, it takes a huge amount of work time to inspect and repair the entire outer surface of the tower pillar 1, and the tower pillar has a sloped part. However, on this slope, there are problems such as changes in the posture of the work vehicle, causing a sense of uneasiness, and danger in windy conditions.

Therefore, recently, as an alternative to the conventional gondola-type work vehicle, inspections can be carried out safely and efficiently.
There is a strong desire for a large inspection work vehicle that can perform repair work, and various types of work vehicles are being considered to meet this demand. An example of this is as shown in the outline in FIG. The sliding floor 11 located on the front and rear sides of the tower column 1 (on the bridge axis direction side) is installed at right angles to the bridge axis in order to retract the slide floor 11 located on the front and rear sides of the tower column 1 to a position where it does not interfere with the cable 4. The slide floor 11 is assembled horizontally so as to be slidable in the direction (arrow x direction).
The structure is equipped with another sliding floor 12 that can be slid forward and backward to accommodate changes in the size of the column 1, making it convenient for inspection and repair work on the front and rear surfaces of the column 1. Things are being thought of.

With this configuration, even if the work vehicle main body 10 moves, the guide rail 8 can be sandwiched between the guide rollers 9, so there is little vertical movement of the floor surface and there is a sense of stability, and the floor surface can be held horizontally. It has the advantage of providing a sense of stability and ensuring work safety. However, there is a problem in that it is impossible to inspect or repair the inside of the tower pillar 1, that is, the inside in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis.

Among the set of rails, the upper rail 13 is the sixth rail.
As shown in the figure, it is fixedly supported on a rail frame 15, and a rack 17 is carved along the entire length on the outer surface of the upper rail 13, and a pinion 18 that meshes with the rack 17 and the upper surface of the upper rail 13 are formed. A working vehicle main body 21 having guide rollers 19, 20 on the upper part that can roll along the inner surface is engaged with the upper rail 13 via the guide rollers 19, 20, and the pinion 18 is engaged with the rack 17. , the pinion 18 is rotated by the drive of a motor 22 with a reducer installed at the top of the work vehicle body 21, so that the work vehicle body 21 can run along the upper rail 13; , the lower rail 14 is fixedly supported on the lower surface of the rail frame 16 as shown in FIG. It is attached to the lower part of the main body 21, and when the pinion 18 rotates, guide rollers 19 and 20 are engaged with the upper rail 13, and guide rollers 23, 24, and 25 are engaged with the lower rail 14, and the work vehicle is rotated. The main body 21 is configured to be able to move in a spiral manner.

When lowering the working vehicle, the motor 22 with a speed reducer is driven to rotate the pinion 18 in a direction that allows the vehicle to move downward. As a result, the working vehicle main body 21 travels at a slow speed due to the meshing of the pinion 18 and the rack 17, which are rotated at a reduced speed. The work vehicle main body 21 has guide rollers 19, 20 and 2 on the upper rail 13 and the lower rail 14.
3, 24, and 25, there is little shaking when traveling along the rails 13, 14, giving a sense of stability.

Inspection and repair of the tower column 1 are performed using the work scaffold 26 of the work vehicle main body 21, or the elevating frame 29 is moved to the pinion 31 by a motor 32 with a reducer.
The work is carried out by rotating the work platform 33 to raise and lower it appropriately. At this time, since the elevating frame 29 can be lowered to the stopper 34 position, the work platform 33 can be lowered from the solid line position to the chain line position in FIG. 6, thereby expanding the work range.

In the present invention, monitor television cameras 35 and 36 are installed on the work vehicle body 21 and the lifting frame 29, so painting robots, bolt tightening robots, etc. are used for high-altitude work, and workers are safe on the ground. It is possible to perform inspection and repair work on the tower pillar 1 by remote control from a suitable location. This allows unmanned inspections and repair work to be carried out safely and accurately without relying on the operator's vision.

As described above, according to the inspection work vehicle of the present invention, the rails are arranged in a spiral pattern from the top of the tower column to the bottom, avoiding cables that may become obstacles, and the work vehicle body is guided on the rails. In addition to being supported via rollers, the rack provided on the rail is engaged with a pinion provided on the work vehicle body so that the work vehicle body can freely travel, and the work vehicle body is equipped with an elevating frame that can be raised and lowered freely. This allows inspection, repair, etc. to be carried out while going around the tower pillars, allowing work to be carried out on the entire outer surface of the tower pillars.
In addition, since the work vehicle itself is equipped with an elevating frame, work over a wide range can be performed safely.Furthermore, by installing a monitor TV camera on the work vehicle body or elevating frame, robots can This enables workers to perform work remotely from a safe location such as on the ground.
Unmanned work can be realized and work can be done more safely.
