Claims (1)
- アルミナ磁器からなる絶縁筒の両端面に形成さ
れた金属化層に、ほぼＵ字状に折曲げたエンドリ
ングとこれ以外の他の部材を一体にした端部部材
をそれぞれろう付し、これにより得られる真空容
器内に、一対の接離可能な電極を有した真空バル
ブに於て、上記絶縁筒の両端面の金属化層の少な
くとも一方の端面内径側の角部に、０．３mm以上
の金属化層を有しない面取り部を形成し、この面
取り部を有する側のエンドリングは、上記絶縁筒
とろう付されない端部を、上記絶縁筒の内壁側に
まで伸ばすとともに、その伸びた部分と上記絶縁
筒内壁との間隙寸法は０．３mm以上３mm以下の寸
法範囲で近接させたことを特徴とする真空バルブ
。
