【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例である予圧調整装置
が自動車の動力伝達装置に取り付けられた状態を
示す正面断面図である。第２図は第１図に示す状
態においてハウジングからドライブシヤフト等を
抜き出した状態を示す側面図である。第３図は上
記予圧調整装置を構成するロツクリングを示す正
面図であり、第４図はその側面断面図である。第
５図は上記動力伝達装置の全体を一部を断面にし
て示す正面図である。 ４２：ハウジング、４４：大傘歯車、５４：第
一円錐ころ軸受、５８：第二円錐ころ軸受、６６
：予圧調整装置、６８：調整部材、７０：ロツク
リング、７２：雄ねじ部、８０：第一係合凹部、
８２：第二係合突部、８８：第一係合突部、９０
：第二係合凹部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジングと回転部材との間に介在してス
    ラスト荷重を受ける円錐ころ軸受の予圧調整装置
    であつて、前記ハウジングと螺合するねじ部と、
    予圧調整工具と相対回転不能に係合可能な工具用
    係合部とを備え、前記ハウジングに対して回転さ
    せられることにより前記円錐ころ軸受の外輪をス
    ラスト方向へ押圧する調整部材と、前記ハウジン
    グに装着され、前記調整部材の回転を阻止する回
    転阻止部材とを備えた予圧調整装置において、 前記回転阻止部材を、概してリング状を成し、
    前記工具用係合部に係合して前記調整部材の回転
    を阻止する作用部と前記ハウジングに係合するア
    ンカ部とを有するロツクリングとしたことを特徴
    とする円錐ころ軸受の予圧調整装置。 (2) 前記工具用係合部が前記調整部材に等角度
    間隔に形成された多数の第一係合凹部であり、前
    記ハウジングが少なくとも１個の第二係合凹部を
    備え、かつ、前記ロツクリングの作用部およびア
    ンカ部がそれら第一および第二の係合凹部とそれ
    ぞれ係合する第一および第二の係合突部である実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の予圧調整装置
    。 (3) 前記第二係合凹部がＮ個、前記第一係合凹
    部の角度間隔θのＮ分の１の角度間隔差で設けら
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の予
    圧調整装置。
