Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に複数の対電極を設け、この対電極
間に発熱抵抗体を形成したサーマルヘツドにおい
て、前記発熱抵抗体の下面に空気若しくは低熱伝
導率部材を充填した断熱層を内包したグレーズ層
を形成したことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
