第１図は本考案に係る組付治具を示した縦断面
図、第２図乃至第４図は組付治具の使用要領を示
した要部断面説明図であつて、第２図は固定軸の
挿入前を示し、第３図は固定軸の挿入後を示し、
第４図は固定軸の環状凹溝に鋼球が付勢係止した
状態を示したものである。第５図は固定軸にシフ
トフオークを組付ける従来の要領を示した断面説
明図である。 ２４…固定軸筒、３７…摺動軸、３９…透孔、
４０…テーパ溝。
図、第２図乃至第４図は組付治具の使用要領を示
した要部断面説明図であつて、第２図は固定軸の
挿入前を示し、第３図は固定軸の挿入後を示し、
第４図は固定軸の環状凹溝に鋼球が付勢係止した
状態を示したものである。第５図は固定軸にシフ

Claims (1)
- 略水平な姿勢で保持された固定軸筒と軸方向と
直交する方向に透孔を形成すると共に、該透孔と
連通するテーパ溝を軸方向に、かつ、外端側に向
けて形成した摺動軸とかなり、上記固定軸筒に、
摺動軸をスライド可能に、かつ、常時外側方向に
突出付勢して挿入したことを特徴とするロツクボ
ール組付治具。
