The label is placed around the tip of the peeling machine whose tip is located just in front of the label, and the running backing paper is reversed and the labels are automatically peeled off one by one from the backing paper, and the labels are moved directly under the pasting roller. The label is pressed onto the object to be pasted by the pasting roller, and the label can be pasted.

For example, when accepting refrigerated or frozen foods, the only way to manage them is to trust the supplier at each distribution stage, and the current situation is that the appropriateness of the management cannot be easily confirmed. By the way, color-changing labels have been developed that can accurately display and record temperature changes that food packages undergo during distribution as labels that are attached to food packages that require low-temperature control. Its practical application is progressing. For example, as shown in FIG. 3 of the attached drawings, this color-changing label has a color-forming agent layer 2 using a color-forming agent 2a on the surface of a support 1, a color-forming time management layer 3 on top of it, and a color-forming time management layer 3 on top of it. A microcapsule Nj5 using a pressure-rupture type microcapsule 4 containing a color development aid and a substance having a predetermined melting point (this content is indicated by reference numeral 4a) is provided on the back side of the support 1, and an adhesive layer 6 is provided on the back surface of the support 1. This color-changing label is used by being temporarily fixed on the release agent layer 8 of the mount 7 so that it can be peeled off freely. Since the agent does not react with the agent in an environment above the melting point of the substance having a predetermined melting point, no discoloration (color development) occurs. However, if the microcapsules 4 are destroyed and the label is When exposed, a substance having a predetermined melting point melts, and the liquid containing the coloring aid melts and passes through the coloring time management layer 3 for a predetermined time and reaches the coloring agent layer 2, where it reaches the coloring agent layer 2. The reaction between the coloring agent and the coloring aid causes discoloration (color development), and it is easy to know that the temperature control is abnormal. Therefore, in order to use the color-changing label, it is necessary to destroy and activate the microcapsules 4 before pasting the label on a product package, etc.
In retail stores where hand-held labeling machines are used,
From the standpoint of product quality control, there was a demand for a handheld labeling machine that could use color-changing labels. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to intermittently feed out a mount to which a discolorable label is temporarily attached by manual operation, and to To provide a new hand-held labeling machine with a small number of functions that can reliably destroy pressure-ruptured microcapsules contained in a color-changing label without damaging the appearance of the label by using a destruction mechanism that operates in synchronization with the operation. There is a particular thing. Therefore, the above object of the present invention is to provide a hand-held labeling machine that affixes a label containing pressure rupture type microcapsules and a time and temperature control function activated after the microcapsules rupture to an object to be affixed. A manual lever is pivotally attached to the body in correspondence with the grip portion of the machine, and a tape-like mount to which a label is temporarily attached so as to be removable is fed to the machine body by being actuated by the manual lever. A drive roller unit that is fed out from the drive roller unit and runs, and a peeling board that wraps the backing paper fed out by the drive roller unit around the tip part and reverses the backing paper so that it runs in the opposite direction to the feeding direction. and a pasting roller placed facing the tip side of this peeling plate,
A destruction mechanism is provided at an intermediate portion between the driving roller device body and the tip of the peeling plate, and is arranged above the peeling plate to destroy the microcapsules contained in the label on the mount. Accomplished by a hand-held labeling machine.

。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. A manual lever 13 is pivotally attached 13a to the body 11 equipped with a grip portion 12 in correspondence with the grip portion 12.
1 is provided with a feeding section 14 for rolling up and storing a tape-like backing paper t on which a label r is temporarily fixed in a manner that it can be peeled off freely. It is said that it can be freely drawn out. The drive roller device body 15 is composed of a drive roller 15a and a pair of idle rollers 15b, 15c, and in front of the drive roller device body 15 is provided a peeling plate 16 whose tip end 16a is narrowed at an acute angle. . The tip 16a side of the peeling plate 16 protrudes from the front side 11a of the body 11,
A pasting roller 17 is attached to the body 11 close to the top of the protruding portion, and 18 is a supporting member thereof. Therefore, the drive roller 15 of the drive roller device body 15
a is intermittently driven only in the forward direction of feeding out the mount t by rotating the manual lever 13, and a known gear interlocking mechanism 30 having a fan-shaped gear is normally used to transmit the rotation, but the drive roller The switch 15a is turned on by rotating the manual lever 13, and can also be driven directly using a step motor that is activated thereby. A destruction mechanism 21 capable of destroying pressure-destructive microcapsules contained in a color-changing label is provided above the peeling plate 16 and located between the driving roller device 15 and the pasting roller 17. is solenoid 2
2 and an actuating rod 23 are shown. When the solenoid 22 is energized, the actuating rod 23 is lowered and a color-changing label is engraved with its lower end 23a. The solenoid 22 is energized by a power supply 24 provided inside the machine body 11 or from an external power supply, and its operation is synchronized with the intermittent feeding operation of the mount t, and the pressure contained in the label r on the top of the mount is applied to the running mount. It is designed to ensure that the rupture-type microcapsules can be stamped at the correct stopping position. That is, by providing a switch that opens and closes in synchronization with the rotation of the manual lever 13, the solenoid 22 can be energized. According to the above configuration, by operating the manual lever 13, the mount t is fed out and run, and the destruction mechanism 21 is activated at the same time when the label r on the top of the mount is located directly below the destruction mechanism 21. The rod 22 descends and stamps the label r, so that the pressure-ruptured microcapsules contained in the label r can be destroyed. By repeating such operations, the labels r on the backing paper are sequentially stamped, and when the running backing paper t passes through the tip 16a of the peeling plate 16 and is reversed, the label r is stamped by the reaction force at the time of reversing. It can be peeled off from the backing paper leaving the end portions (see FIG. 2), and can be pasted onto an object using a pasting roller 17. Further, the mount t', which is running in reverse, is picked up by the driving roller 15a and the idle roller 15C, and is discharged to the outside of the body 11. 4゜In this example, the destroyer 4i! j2
The solenoid method was illustrated and explained as 1.
Of course, a pair of pressure roller system or an impact dot matrix printer system can be used for this purpose. In the figure, reference numeral 19 indicates a discharge port drilled in the body 11, and reference numeral 2Q indicates a return spring hooked to the manual lever 13.

This is extremely effective at retail stores, which are at the end of the industry, and can prevent many troubles caused by insufficient management of individual products. In addition, the microcapsule destruction mechanism has the practical advantage of being able to be incorporated into conventional hand-held labeling machines without the need for special modifications, and its usefulness is remarkable as it is simple to configure and can be manufactured at low cost. be.
