Claims (1)
- シリンダケース内周にピストンを往復動自在に
内挿して該ピストンから延設されたロツドを前記
ケースの軸孔から外部へ突出させ、ピストンによ
つて区画形成された圧力室に圧力流体導入口を開
設した流体圧シリンダにおいて、シリンダケース
の外部空間に連なる前記軸孔とロツドとの間の隙
間と、前記圧力室との間を、シリンダケース内側
面と、ピストンおよびロツドを含む作動部との間
に伸縮自在に連結されたベローズによつて密封し
てなることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
