る。 In general, for doors, partitions, etc., in order to have a good soundproofing effect and be lightweight, as shown in Figure 3A, front and back double-sided plates a and a are made of thin steel plates with a thickness of about 0.6 to 0.8 m/m. A lightweight soundproof panel is used, which is bonded to a core material b of glass wool, which has a good soundproofing effect and a low specific gravity, by hot pressing using a hot melt adhesive or the like. However, in this type of lightweight soundproof panel, the glass wool that forms the core material b has no rigidity at all, so the surface strength of the front and back double-sided panels a, a is weak, and the double-sided panels a, a are bonded to the core material b by hot pressing. In order to regulate the thickness of the panel, a liner c is placed between the double-sided plates a and a.
Due to this, so-called shadowing occurs on the panel surface,
There were defects that spoiled the appearance of the panel. For this reason, conventionally, as shown in Fig. 3B, a wooden liner e is fixed between opposing plywood boards d of about 4 m/m thickness to form a box-shaped reinforcing body, and after filling the box-shaped reinforcing body with glass wool, The front and back double-sided panels a and a are bonded together using a hot press, but with this method, the surface strength of the front and back double-sided panels a and a can be strengthened. Even if this can be prevented, it takes time and effort to make reinforcements using plywood or wood.
There are disadvantages in that the production efficiency of lightweight soundproof panels decreases, and the presence of reinforcing bodies in the glass wool reduces the soundproofing effect of the panels, and the reinforcing bodies are flammable, which is unfavorable in terms of fire protection performance.

る。 The present invention was devised to eliminate these disadvantages in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the core material layer is formed of a high-density glass wool layer on both sides that contact the front and back surfaces over the entire surface. At the same time, in the width direction of the core material layer, partition walls of high-density glass wool portions are disposed integrally with the glass wool layer at predetermined intervals over the entire length of the core material layer, and a columnar cylinder formed by the partition walls is formed. By filling the interior with low-density glass wool, even though the core material layer is made of glass wool, the surface strength of the front and back panels is strengthened without compromising the soundproofing effect or fireproofing performance. The object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight soundproof panel that can reliably prevent so-called shadowing from occurring on the panel surface during hot pressing.

ことができる。 The lightweight soundproof panel 1 configured as described above is
Since the front and back double-sided plates 2 and 3 are in a polymerized state with the high-density glass wool layers 5 and 6 without being directly bonded to the glass wool, which has no rigidity, the surface strength can be significantly improved. Moreover, between the opposing glass wool layers 5 and 6, there is a thickness of 200 to 250.
The glass wool parts 7 arranged every m/m form a columnar cylinder part 8 surrounded by high-density glass wool over the entire length of the core material layer, thereby increasing the rigidity of the entire soundproof panel 1. can do. Even if pressure is applied using a hot press to bond the front and back double-sided plates 2 and 3 to the core layer 4, the double-sided plates 2 and 3
Since the stress applied to the lightweight soundproof panel 3 is dispersed to each glass wool part 7 via the glass wool layers 5 and 6, the stress is not locally concentrated and no shading occurs on the surface of the lightweight soundproof panel 1. Moreover, unlike in the past, there is no need to manufacture reinforcement bodies using plywood or wood, which simplifies the manufacturing process and improves the production efficiency of the lightweight soundproof panel 1. 4 is formed only of glass wool without any wood reinforcement, so the core layer 4 effectively blocks the noise generated on one side of the soundproof panel 1 from propagating to the other side. Moreover, the glass wool 9 filled inside can exhibit excellent soundproofing and sound absorbing properties. On the other hand, even if the soundproof panel 1 were to become abnormally heated due to an accidental misfire, etc., the core material layer 4 does not contain any combustible materials such as plywood.
It does not easily ignite and exhibits high fire retardant properties, making it possible to prevent fires from occurring.

実用的効果を奏するものである。 In short, the present invention provides a lightweight soundproofing panel in which a core material layer made of glass wool is interposed between facing front and back double-sided panels made of steel plates, in which the core material layer covers both surfaces that are in contact with the front and back double-sided panels over the entire surface. The sides are formed of a high-density glass wool layer, and in the width direction of the core layer, partition walls of the high-density glass wool portion are arranged at predetermined intervals over the entire length of the core layer and integrally with the glass wool layer. By filling the columnar tube formed by the partition walls with low-density glass wool, the core material layer is formed of glass wool and can exhibit excellent sound insulation and sound absorption effects. By increasing the surface strength of both front and back panels without using plywood or wood as a reinforcement,
It is possible to increase the rigidity of the entire panel, and it is possible to reliably prevent so-called shading from occurring on the panel surface when bonding the front and back panels to the core material layer by hot pressing. In addition to simplifying the process and improving production efficiency, the core material layer made only of glass wool will not catch fire easily even if it becomes abnormally heated due to an accidental misfire, and has a high degree of fire resistance. It has extremely useful practical effects, such as being able to exhibit both performance and performance.
