Claims (1)
- 流体圧力を受けるダイヤフラムの変位により上
下移動させられる弁棒と、該弁棒の上下移動によ
り流路を開閉する弁体とを有するとともに、前記
弁棒の途中にダイヤフラムの変位より弁体の移動
を大きくする行程増加機構を設けてなることを特
徴とするダイヤフラム式弁。
