Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はカラーブラウン管のインナーシールド
取付構造に関するものである。
従来のインナーシールドの取付構造は、第１図
に示すようにシヤドウマスク（図示せず）の周囲
に装着固定されたフレーム１の４辺中央附近に設
けられた長方形の穴１ａと、この穴１ａに対応し
て設けられたインナーシールド２の同じ形状の穴
２ａとにスプリング３を挿通して固定していた。
前記スプリング３は通常幅3.0〜5.0mmのステンレ
ス材を使用している。
一方、フレーム１およびインナーシールド２の
取付け穴１ａ，２ａは第２図に示すように長方形
よりなり、その短辺の幅は係止するスプリング３
の幅よりわずかに広いのみであるので、取付け穴
１ａ，２ａにスプリング３を容易に挿入すること
ができず、作業性が著しく低下していた。そこ
で、作業性を向上させるために、単に取付け穴１
ａ，２ａの短辺を広くすると、インナーシールド
２を固定するスプリング３が外的衝撃に対し位置
ずれをし、インナーシールド固定精度が著しく低
下する。
本発明は上記従来技術の欠点に鑑みなされたも
ので、インナーシールドの保持精度および作業性
の向上を図ることができるインナーシールド取付
構造を提供することを目的とする。
以下、本発明を図示の実施例により説明する。
第３図は本発明になるインナーシールド係止用ス
プリング穴形状を示す正面図である。同図ａに示
すように取付け穴１ｂ，２ｂは長辺中央部は短辺
より広く曲面にて形成されている。また同図ｂの
場合は、取付け穴１ｃ，２ｃは短辺から短辺より
幅の広い長辺中央部まで直線により形成されてい
る。このように、長辺中央部が短辺より広いた
め、係止するスプリングを挿入する時にはスプリ
ングより穴の幅が十分大きく、スプリング挿入が
容易になる。またスプリングが短辺まで広がりイ
ンナーシールドを固定する時には、短辺の幅をス
プリング幅以下、すなわちスプリング幅と短辺の
幅が同じ寸法かまたは短辺の幅がスプリング幅よ
り狭い寸法、となるようにすると、スプリングの
位置ずれもなく、インナーシールドを固定でき
る。
以上の説明から明らかな如く、本発明になるイ
ンナーシールド取付構造によれば、スプリングの
位置ずれもなく、またスプリングの装置も非常に
容易になる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ フレームの取付け穴とこれに対応して設けら
    れたインナーシールドの取付け穴とにスプリング
    を挿通してインナーシールドをフレームに固定し
    てなるカラーブラウン管のインナーシールド取付
    構造において、前記フレームおよびインナーシー
    ルドの取付け穴は、長辺中央部の幅が短辺の幅及
    びスプリング幅より広く、かつ短辺の幅がスプリ
    ング幅と同一の寸法に形成されていることを特徴
    とするインナーシールド取付構造。
