Claims (1)
- ワークの浸漬処理を順次行なうために、水洗液
槽と、その水洗液槽での水洗処理後に水切り処理
をしたワークを浸漬処理すべき被膜液槽とを含む
複数種類の液槽を備える表面処理装置において、
各液槽は、水洗液槽をワークの搬送方向に沿う前
端にして浸漬処理順に並べた第１液槽列と、被膜
液槽を第１液槽列とは逆の搬送方向に沿う後端で
水洗液槽に対応した位置にして浸漬処理順に並べ
た第２液槽列とに並列して配列され、第１および
第２液槽列の上方には各液槽に順次浸漬すべくワ
ークを搬送するための搬送手段がそれぞれ配設さ
れ、相互に対応する位置にある水洗液槽および被
膜液槽間には、両搬送手段間でワークを受渡すべ
く往復動可能な授受手段が配設されることを特徴
とする表面処理装置。
