Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 型合わせ時に内部に穴あきゴム成形品に対
応するキヤビテイを形成する上型及び下型と、上
型及び下型の内部に支持した穴あきゴム成形品の
穴に相当する中子とを具え、上記中子が上型及び
／又は下型の突き合わせ方向の少なくとも一部で
筒状になつており、型合わせ時に前記中子の筒状
部分が弾性限度内でひずみ又はたわむ寸法だけ該
中子の突き合わせ方向長さが長く形成されている
ことを特徴とする穴あきゴム成形品用金型。 (2) 上記中子全体が筒状であり、該中子内に圧
入した穴あきゴム成形品の突き出しピンにより中
子の両端部間の該ピンと中子内面との間に空隙を
形成して支持されていることを特徴とする、実用
新案登録請求の範囲(1)項記載の穴あきゴム成形
品用金型。
