In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, a line guide A is provided along the upper generatrix of the fishing rod b. As shown in Figure 4, this thread guide usually has mounting legs d, d on both sides and a ceramic annular body e in the center. A tightening line f is attached to the fishing rod by being wound along the generatrix direction from above the leg d, and the fishing line c is attached to the fishing rod b by passing through the ceramic annular body e. However, this required a great deal of time and skill, and had the drawback that it was difficult to thread threads of fishing line smoothly with knots in the middle.

Two plates 1, 1' connected to each other and in a superposed state
Threading holes 2, 2' of the same diameter and communicating with each other are provided respectively, and thread guiding arcuate portions 3, 2' are provided near the connecting portion 9.
3' and a thread guide slope 11 are provided, and thread guide grooves 4, 4' that are connected to the thread passing holes 2, 2' are provided at the intersections of the arcuate portions 3, 3' and the slope 11. ,
The exits 6, 6' of the thread guide groove in the thread threading holes 2, 2' are provided with thread guide tools (Utility Model Publication No. 55-57) that are offset from each other in the circumferential direction of the threading holes 2, 2' ) was proposed. Since this thread guide device has the above-mentioned configuration, the thread is guided through the thread guide arcuate portions 3, 3'.
When the yarn is lowered onto the slope 11 of the connecting portion 9 along the slope 11 and further inserted into the thread guide grooves 4, 4' using the slope 11 as a guide, the entrances 5, 5' of the thread guide grooves 4, 4' are aligned approximately in a straight line. Since they are aligned, the partially tensioned long thread smoothly enters both thread guide grooves 4, 4', and on the way it bends slightly, although it is parallel to the central axis of the threading hole 2. It is guided by the guide grooves 4, 4' and enters the holes 2, 2'. Once the thread has entered the holes 2 and 2', the exits on the thread passing holes 2 and 2' side of each thread guide groove 4 and 4' are inconsistent, so if the thread is under any tension, It never comes off through the holes 2, 2' through the thread guide grooves A, A'.

There is no need to pass the thread through the holes 2, 2', and the thread can be inserted by placing it under tension from the side of the thread guide, so it can be inserted very easily without any skill required, and once the thread is threaded, it can be inserted. The threads inserted into the holes 2, 2' do not easily come out of the holes 2, 2', and the structure of the guide is simple and can be made by sheet metal processing, so it can be produced in extremely large quantities at low cost. The line guide is effective not only for threading a fishing line but also as a general line guide. However, as a fishing line guide, it can be shaped as shown in Figure 5 and attached to a fishing rod as shown in Figure 7. By attaching the mounting leg 7 along the rightmost generatrix of the outer periphery of the rod with a tightening line f, the fishing rod b is suitable as a fishing line guide, as it can always be oriented in the correct direction when fishing when placed on a flat surface. However, if the diameter of the threading holes 2, 2' is larger than the diameter of the line, the line will naturally loosen between the line guides, so it is not recommended to use it as a line guide for fishing lines as described above. When fishing, if the above-mentioned slack occurs, when you try to match the fishing hook to the fish's bite, the hook will move only after all the slack has been stretched out, so it is difficult to match it to the fish's bite. When used as a thread guide, the above-mentioned slack causes the thread to pass in an uneven manner, causing problems such as uneven stitching.

As shown in FIG. 6, the outlets 6 and 6' for the threading holes 2 and 2' of this thread guide must be placed at an inconsistency with each other, so the two outlets 6 are , 6', a length l from one end to the other end is always required, so even if you try to make a small circle while maintaining this length l, there is a limit to it, and it is impossible to make a circle about the diameter of the thread. If you try to reduce the area of the hole by leaving the length l as it is, it will become a vertically elongated oval shape as shown in Figure 8, and the thread C will be easily pulled inside the hole. It is difficult to move up and down and apply friction to the thread.

のをその目的とする。 This idea is to make the above-mentioned threading hole at least horizontally long and flat, or to make the flat hole as small as possible so that friction can be applied to the thread trying to move up and down through the hole. The purpose of the invention is to provide a thread guide device that provides a thread guide.

Thread passing holes 2, 2' having the same diameter and communicating with each other are provided in the two overlapping plate pieces 1, 1', respectively, and thread guiding arcuate portions 3, 3' are provided near the connecting portion 9. and a thread guiding slope 11 are provided, and the arcuate portion 3,
Entrances 5, 5' of the thread guide grooves 4, 4' connected to the thread passing holes 2, 2' are provided at the intersections of the slopes 11 and 3'.
In the thread guide tool, the thread guide grooves 4, 4' are arranged in a straight line, and the outlets 6, 6' in the thread thread holes 2, 2' are offset from each other.
The centers O and O' of 2' are provided at different heights h and h' from one side of the plate pieces 1 and 1', and a flat common hole is formed in the overlapped plate pieces 1 and 1'. This is what is being done.

The two threading holes 2, 2' with the same diameter are vertically centered and the common through hole is flat, and the height H of the flatness is the center of the two threading holes 2, 2'. It can be made smaller by increasing the difference in heights h and h' from one side of the plate pieces 1 and 1', so that it can be adjusted to the diameter of the thread c, and the thread c passing through the common through hole of the plate piece can be made smaller. Can provide friction. In addition, if you want to give sufficient friction to the thread c, increase the difference between the heights h and h' of the centers of the two threading holes 2 and 2' so that a flat common hole does not occur. Good too.

Since this device has the structure and function described above, when the thread is inserted into the threading hole 2 from the side of the thread guide, and once the thread c is inserted into the threading holes 2 and 2',
The thread threading hole 2, without naturally slipping out to the side.
The flat height H of the horizontally flat common through hole 2' can be made small according to the diameter of the thread, and H=O, so that sufficient friction can be applied to the thread c as necessary. Therefore, it is suitable as a line guide for fishing rods or as a thread guide for sewing machines, and does not require any special tools to make a flat common through hole. , h′ can be changed by drilling, which has the advantage of being easy to process and suitable for mass production.
