各部分の信号波形を模式的に示すタイムチヤート
である。 １〜８……積層形圧電体、９……ステータリン
グ、１０……中心軸、１１〜１８……調節ネジ、
１９……ケーシング、２１……２８……固定台、
３１〜３４……固定穴、４１〜４４……固定棒、
５１……パルス発生回路、５２……駆動パルス発
生回路。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 同一平面内で放射状に配置され、且つその放射
中心方向にそれぞれ偏位可能とされた複数個の積
層形圧電体と、 前記複数個の積層形圧電体が加圧機構として外
側に装備され、且つ当該各積層形圧電体から外力
を受けても、ほとんど回転されないように回転運
動が規制されてその各積層形圧電体の変位方向に
適宜移動可能とされた中空構造のステータリング
と、 前記ステータリングの中空内に回転可能に固定
配置され、且つ当該ステータリングが前記のよう
に適宜移動される毎に、外周面が押圧される中心
軸とを有し、 前記複数個の積層形圧電体に対して所定の順序
で駆動電圧を逐次印加することを特徴とする圧電
式モータ。
