Claims (1)
- 導入パイプと放出パイプを具え底面に大気連通
孔を穿設した容器に吸着剤を収蔵し、さらにダイ
ヤフラムによつて負圧室と前記容器内に連通する
パージ室とに区画され、パージ室に前記放出パイ
プの管端を開口させ、負圧室内に配設したスプリ
ングでダイヤフラムに固設した弁体を押圧して前
記開口を閉塞するようにしたパージバルブを具え
てなるカーボンキヤニスタにおいて、弁体上面を
パージバルブの軸方向に対し、傾斜させて設けた
ことを特徴とするカーボンキヤニスタ。
