FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing one of the above-mentioned panels, and 1 is a corrugated sheet, which is formed by forming a thin metal sheet or a synthetic resin sheet into a corrugated shape.
A large number of through holes 2 are arranged randomly or regularly, and short fibers 4 are electrostatically flocked on the outer surface of the through holes 2 via an adhesive layer 3. It is mainly used as a surface material, a shape retaining material, and a sound absorbing material. It functions as a
The adhesive layer 3 described above is applied in a thin film form, and is made of one of synthetic resin-based and rubber-based adhesives. The short fibers 4 are synthetic resin fibers with a length of about 1 to 5 mm and a thickness of about 20 to 100 microns. 5 is a synthetic resin foam, such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, and foams in which pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc. are added to these foams, etc. lead foil 6
It is made into a single piece by reacting, foaming and curing using an in-situ foaming method, and mainly functions as a heat insulating material, sound absorbing material, and vibration damping material. The thickness of lead foil 6
With a thickness of about 0.1 to 1 mm, it mainly functions as a sound insulation material and a waterproof material. 7 is adhesive, synthetic resin type,
Either synthetic rubber or rubber is interposed between the adherends in the form of dots or films. 8
is an aluminum foil that is adhered to the back side of the lead foil 6 via an adhesive 7, and serves as a heat radiating material and an interior material.
Therefore, the corrugated plate 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate with through holes 2 having a diameter of 2 to 10 mmφ arranged randomly.
A thin layer of adhesive layer 3 (epoxy resin type) was applied to the surface side, and then a material made of densely flocked nylon short fibers with a length of 4 mm and a diameter of 30 microns was applied to the surface, with a height h of 10 mm and a pitch P. was molded to have a diameter of 40 mm. Next, an aluminum foil 8 and a lead foil 6 are laminated and laid on a lower mold (not shown), and a polyurethane resin raw material is discharged onto the lead foil 6, and the corrugated sheet 1 is reacted and foamed around the gel time. Next, place the upper mold (not shown), cure it at 60℃ for 3 minutes, and then take it out to complete the soundproof panel as shown in Figure 1. Therefore, for this soundproof panel
Figure 3 shows the results of the JIS-A-1416 sound insulation test. Further, the sound absorption properties of this soundproof panel were as shown in FIG.

That is, FIG. 5 shows a panel in which a lead foil 6 and an aluminum foil 7 are protruded outward from one side wall of a synthetic resin foam 5, and is useful for strengthening the sound insulation of the joint. In particular, the fact that the adhesive is highly flexible acts effectively as a vibration-proofing material and a sound-absorbing material, and is useful for further improving sound-absorbing properties.

Synthetic resin foam, which functions as a heat insulator and vibration isolator, is interposed between the corrugated sheet, lead foil, and sound insulation coating, which are useful for sound absorption, sound insulation, and shape retention, and are integrally formed, resulting in excellent sound insulation and heat insulation properties. It is characterized by being a soundproof panel with sound absorption and radiation resistance. Additionally, the soundproof panels are made from a combination of lightweight materials, making them easy to install. Furthermore, it has a beautiful appearance and excellent sound absorption due to the short fibers.
