この考案は、表面に貼着された化粧シートの納
まりがきれいな化粧扉に関するもので、以下実施

ルボード等の板材で角部が曲面状に形成されてお
り、その表面と両側縁にかけて化粧シート２が貼
着されて化粧板が構成されている。化粧シート２
としては銘木単板、化粧合成樹脂シート、化粧紙
等が挙げられ、必要があればこれらに裏打ちして
もよい。３は縦枠材、４は横枠材で、表面に露出
する面には板材１の表面に貼られた化粧シート２
と同種の化粧シート５が貼られている。なお、こ
の化粧シート５は必ずしも同種でなくてもよい
し、また化粧シート５の代わりに化粧印刷しても
よい。また枠材として銘木の枠材を使用して表面
に透明塗料を塗布してもよい。６は化粧板に貼ら
れた化粧シートと化粧枠材との継ぎ目に沿つて形
成された２本の溝で、Ｕ型、Ｖ型、型等どのよ
うな形状でもよい。また溝６の形成位置は、上記
継ぎ目が中央にくるようにしてもよいし、端にく
るようにしてもよい。なお、表面に銘木単板を使
用した場合は、その表面にシーラー処理をした
後、上塗塗料を塗布する。その後、縦枠材３の適
宜位置にドア金具１２を取り付けるための加工を
