These boots have an upper part and a sole part made of leather or pseudo-leather, and an extension part made of thin soft leather sewn into a cylindrical shape is sewn onto the upper part of the upper part. In addition to making it easier to fold back outward, the flexibility of this part is increased to make it easier to wear.

However, this method uses expensive leather and requires a process to sew it to the ankle seam, which increases the cost of the boots and requires time and effort to manufacture. It has a low water content and is sensitive to moisture.

Because it is thick,
This part has the disadvantage that it is difficult to fold outward, and it is not flexible and heavy, making it uncomfortable to wear.

The purpose is to provide boots that are easy to wear and have high durability by improving the flexibility of the parts.

In addition, the thin and flexible extension portion makes soft contact with the foot, improving comfort, making it easy to fold back, and contributing to weight reduction.

Boots A are boots for women, and are integrally molded (mainly by slush molding) using synthetic resin such as PVC. This boot A consists of an upper part 1 below the boundary part B of the ankle part and an extension part 2 above the boundary part B, and both parts are as described above.
It is integrally formed by the same member. The upper part 1 is formed into a shoe shape, and a sole 3 is formed integrally with the upper part 1 on the lower surface thereof, and a heel 4 is attached to the heel part of the sole 3. Incidentally, the upper 1 and the sole 3 are formed relatively thick in order to have the necessary strength. The extension part 2 above the boundary part B is formed to have a thickness about half that of the upper 1 to increase flexibility.

Next, a boa fabric 5 of a color that harmonizes with the color of the boots A is attached to the upper inner surface of the extension part 2, and a mesh fabric 6 and an insole 10 that are comfortable to the touch are attached to the other inner surfaces of the shoe.

のである。 As mentioned above, in the boots A of this embodiment, since the wall thickness of the extension part 2 is suitably thinned, the flexibility of this part is improved, and it deforms while making soft contact with the foot while walking, making it difficult to walk. It is easy to fold, and as shown in Figure 3, it can be folded back without straining.
It is both functional and fashionable at low cost.

This figure shows a state in which a PVC solution 7 is injected into the mold 8.
The mold 8 is heated to gel the PVC solution 7 on the inner surface of the mold 8. The PVC solution 7 gels in proportion to the amount of heat applied,
Therefore, the thickness of the leather can be increased or decreased by adjusting the amount of heat applied in some way. The method for adjusting the wall thickness can be roughly divided into two methods: a method of adding a constant temperature to the PVC solution 7 and increasing or decreasing the heating time, a method of keeping the heating time constant and increasing or decreasing the heating temperature, and a method that uses a combination of the above. be. Fig. 5 shows the method. First, the mold 8 is immersed in the liquid 9 up to the vicinity of the boundary B, and the vape of the mold 8 is heated. After 4 minutes, the upper part of the extension 2 is immersed, and then After heating for 1 minute, pull up from the liquid 9 and remove the non-gelling PVC solution 7, then mold 8
Remove the leather stuck inside. At this time, the amount of heat applied to the mold 8 of the upper part 1 and the extension part 2 is in proportion to the time immersed in the liquid 9, at a ratio of 5:1,
The wall thickness also changes accordingly.

The lower wall thickness is made thinner, and this mold 8 is filled with liquid 9.
Dip it all the way to the top and remove it after 5 minutes. In this case, since the thickness of the upper part 1 of the forming mold 8 is thin, heat is easily transmitted, and it is heated to a higher temperature than the extension part 2. Therefore, the upper part 1 and the extension part 2 formed by heating for a certain period of time are heated. The wall thickness will be the same as that of the one.

(Not shown) (Effects of the invention) The present invention forms the upper part and the extension part that extends the upper part into the same body from a synthetic resin material, and also reduces the thickness of the extension part to the part of the upper part. Because it is thinner, it is possible to ensure the flexibility of the extension even when integrally molded using synthetic resin material, and therefore the contact with the ankle is soft when walking. It is more comfortable to wear and the same part can be easily folded back.
