    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波の1波長以上に長い同軸ケーブルと振動
    子を内装する超音波プローブとを結合して油水界
    面を検出するものにおいて、上記振動子駆動用電
    源の周波数を該振動子の反共振周波数と等しくし
    、複数の上記振動子を直並列に接続して上記反共
    振周波数における上記振動子の直並列合成インピ
    ーダンスが上記同軸ケーブルの特性インピーダン
    スに等しくなるようにして上記同軸ケーブルに直
    接結合したことを特徴とする本質安全型油水界面
    検出装置。
