シリンダカム装置とシンカーカム装置およびダイ
ヤルカム装置を編機内部側から見た展開図、第５
図から第１０図は第４図に符号Ｖ〜Ｘで示した鎖
線の位置におけるシリンダ針、シンカー、第２糸
道と地糸およびパイル糸との関係を示す説明図、
第１１図から第１４図はパイルの層を包蔵するメ
リヤス編地を示すもので、第１１図から第１３図
は組織図、第１４図は一部を切欠いた外観図、第
１５図は２層状のメリヤス編地の片側の編地に大
きな横ひだを形成したメリヤス編地の組織図であ
る。 １…シリンダ、６…シンカー、６ｂ…編目保持
用喉部、６ｃ…パイル糸支持部、１０…ダイヤル
、１１…ダイヤルカム、１４…第２シリンダ糸道
、１４ｂ，１４ｃ…給糸口。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダとダイヤルとを備えているフライス系
    メリヤス編機において、シリンダの側にシンカー
    機構を備えており、シリンダとダイヤルとのそれ
    ぞれ所属のカム装置は、ニツトカムとタツクカム
    およびウエルトカムの３種のカムを備えており、
    シリンダ編針に給糸する糸道のうち所定のそれが
    高さの異なる少なくとも上下２段の給糸口を備え
    ており、上記シンカー機構のシンカーが編目保持
    用喉部の上側にパイル糸支持部を備えていること
    を特徴とするフライス系円形メリヤス編機。
