Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 容器内のパン材料を混練翼により混練する混
練行程、この混練行程により得られたパン生地を
電気ヒータで低温度で加熱する発酵行程及び発酵
後のパン生地を前記電気ヒータにより高温度で加
熱する焼上げ行程を自動的に行なうパン製造器に
おいて、先端部が前記容器の周側壁外面に接触す
る保持部材を設けて、この保持部材の先端部内に
温度検出素子を配設してなるパン製造器。 ２ 保持部材は、電気ヒータの両端子部の間隔間
の上方に位置して配設されていることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパン製
造器。
