本考案は圧接コネクタ特に雄コネクタのストレ

ジングA′のM型端子m′に圧接すると共に押圧具
B′の両端に突設された金具a′を雄ハウジングA′両
端部のソケツトb′に挿入して押圧具B′を雄ハウジ
ングA′に係合固定し、次いでストレイン・リリ
ーフC′を支持片c′の孔部d′をソケツトb′に係合さ
せて固定するものである。尚、M型端子m,
m′の相対向する部位には雌ハウジングの雄端子
(図示せず)と接続される雌端子(図示せず)を

ジングにフラツトケーブルを押圧具で圧接するに
際して邪魔となり組付作業に支障を来たす。又、
押圧具にロツクアームを設けたときにも同様に組
付作業に支障を伴なう。従つてロツクアームはス
トレイン・リリーフに設けることが最も望ましい
が、これを例えば第1図Cに示す型式のストレイ
ン・リリーフに装着した場合には第6図及び第7
図に示す状態となる。即ち、第6図aは第1図に
示すストレイン・リリーフCの支持片b下端部に
ロツクアームeを設けた場合を示し、これを第6
図bに示すような押圧具FでフラツトケーブルH
を圧接した従来の第1図の如き雄ハウジングAに
係合した場合は第7図に示すような状態となる。
即ち、ストレイン・リリーフCの雄ハウジングA
への係合はストレイン・リリーフの支持片b端部
の突起cが雄ハウジングAの両側端の段部dに係
合して行なわれるが、このようにしてストレイ
ン・リリーフを係合した雄ハウジングAを第3図
及び第4図の如く雌コネクタEに嵌合し、ロツク
アームeを用いてこれを離脱させる場合には第5
図のようにレバーhの突起gによりロツクアーム
eの係合突起kに矢印方向の外力F1を受けると
突起cは外力F1と反対矢印方向に変形し、スト
レイン・リリーフCが雄ハウジングAより離脱し
てしまうか、或は突起cと雌コネクタEの内壁と
の摩擦圧によつて雄コネクタの雌コネクタEから

10図に斜視図で示した雄コネクタに組付ける

雄ハウジング夫々の組付け及び係合は確実に行わ
れ、又、圧接コネクタの雌コネクタに対する嵌合
離脱も確実に達成され、更に圧接コネクタの組付
時の作業性も大幅に向上するなどの効果を有す
