Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発生する洗浄蒸気を洗浄槽の蒸気洗浄室に
導く配管系を蒸気洗浄槽に設け、この蒸気発生槽
の内壁には閉止液を収容する環状凹溝が周設され
、その環状凹溝には、該環状凹溝の下側空間を、
配管系と接続する蒸気発生室に、上側空間を、冷
却室にそれぞれ区画する、内蓋が載置され、その
内蓋の載置状態において、内蓋の折曲下端面は環
状凹溝の閉止液中に挿入して成ることを特徴とす
る蒸気発生装置。 (2) 内蓋の折曲下端面は、環状凹溝の下底面と
は蒸気流通間隙を形成し得る間隔を介して閉止液
中に挿入されていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸気発生装置。 (3) 冷却室の内周部には、冷却水を流通する冷
却コイルが位置されていることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸気発生装置。 (4) 蒸気洗浄室の下方には洗浄液による洗浄を
行なう、液洗浄槽を設けたものであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸気
発生装置。 (5) 蒸気洗浄室の上面は開口され、その上面開
口は上下動自在の蓋体の自重によつて閉止されて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の蒸気発生装置。 (6) 蒸気洗浄室の上面開口は被洗浄物昇降用の
昇降口を兼ねていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第４項記載の蒸気発生装置。 (7) 蓋体の上下動は、被洗浄物を載置する洗浄
台に押上枠を突出し、蒸気洗浄室の外部に位置す
る昇降シリンダーを洗浄台に接続して行なうもの
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第４項記載の蒸気発生装置。
