第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す密封型ころ
がり軸受の断面図、第２図は第１図に示すシール
体の拡大図、第３図ないし第７図はこの考案で使
用する他のシール体の断面図である。 図中、１は外輪、２は内輪、３は転動体、６は
シール体、８は永久磁石の内側の側面、９は永久
磁石の外側の側面、１１は永久磁石、１２，１３
は鋼板、１４は弾性部材、Ａは鋼板と他方の軌道
輪との間の距離、Ｂは永久磁石と他方の軌道輪と
の間の距離、Ｃは一対の鋼板の間の距離である。

Claims (1)
- 外輪１と内輪２と転動体３と一方の軌道輪１に
固定したシール体６とを備えた密封型ころがり軸
受において、前記シール体６は内側の側面８と外
側の側面９とが異極になつているリング状の永久
磁石１１と、該永久磁石の両側面８，９に密着し
ているリング状の一対の鋼板１２，１３と、前記
永久磁石１１および一対の鋼板１２，１３と一体
になつている弾性部材１４とを備え、前記一方の
軌道輪１は弾性部材１４に接して永久磁石１１と
一対の鋼板１２，１３とには接触せず、前記鋼板
１２，１３と他方の軌道輪２との間の距離Ａは永
久磁石１１と他方の軌道輪２との間の距離Ｂより
短く、かつ一対の鋼板１２，１３の間の距離Ｃよ
り短くなつており、前記鋼板１２，１３と他方の
軌道輪２との間の磁場には磁性流体が存在してい
ることを特徴とする密封型ころがり軸受。
