【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、鋼製ドアーにおける表裏板の連結装

従来、鋼製ドアーの表裏板を連結する方法とし
て、表裏板間に連結部材を介在し、表裏板の外側
より、該表板と連結部材及び裏板と連結部材を
夫々アーク溶接によつて固着して一体的に連結す
るようにした方法があるが、この方法において
は、該溶接部における表裏板の外面が溶融するこ
とから、該外面を溶接状態のまゝで直接表面仕上
げ塗装することが困難であり、そのため、該溶接
部の外面を、溶接後にグラインダー仕上げし、更
にパテを塗り、該パテの養生後に表面仕上げ塗装

本考案は、スタツドボルトを母材の裏面に対
し、スタツド溶接にて溶着すると、その母材の表
面がゆがんだり、表面の塗装やコーテングが焼損
されることがないことに着目し、このスタツド溶
接を用いてドアーの表裏板を連結できるような装
置を提案し、前記従来の欠点を解消することを目
的とするものである。すなわち本考案は、表裏板
1,2の間に介在してこれらを適宜間隔を存して
連結するための連結部材3を裏板2の内面に溶接
固着し、該連結部材3の表板1側部には、表裏方
向に貫通する係合穴4を形成した係合部材5を設
け、表板1の内面における前記係合穴4に位置す
る部分には、該係合穴4に挿通する径を有しかつ
先部が中空の割ピン6を、表板1に対しスタツド
溶接により固植し、しかも前記裏板2の内面側と
係合穴4間には、係合穴4に挿通した割ピン6の
先部を係合部材5の内側において係合穴4の径よ
り大径に拡開させるくさび7を備えたことを特徴

に係合部材5が溶接固着されている。4は前記他
辺と係合部材5に表裏方向に対して貫通形成した
係合穴である。表板1の内面における前記係合穴
4に位置する部分には、鋼製の割ピン6がスタツ
ド溶接にて固着されている。該割ピン6は、その
直径を係合穴4の内径より小さく、かつその全長
が係合穴4の全長より長く、更に先部を中空部と
してその周壁に軸方向への割溝6aを複数本刻設
して形成されている。7はピン状のくさびで、連
結部材3の表板側の辺と係合部材5間に介在され
ており、その連結部材5側の先部は、割ピン6の
中空部より小径とし、該部より基部方向に位置し
て、前記中空部の内径より大径の段部7aが形成
されており、該先部を係合穴4より突出した割ピ
ン6の先部内に圧入することにより、段部7aに
よつて割ピン6の先部を、係合穴4より外方に押

ン6を係合穴4内に挿入した状態で裏板2側へ押
圧する。これにより割ピン6の先部は、くさび7
の段部7aによつて、係合穴4の内径より拡く押
圧拡開され、その拡開部が係合部材5に係合す
る。したがつて、割ピン6の外脱が強固に阻止さ
れ、その結果、表裏板1,2は強固に組み付けら

ない。したがつて従来のアーク溶接後に行なわれ
るグラインダー仕上げ、パテ塗りを必要せず、直
ちに表面仕上げ塗装が行なえると共に、従来のよ
うなパテによる仕上げ塗装の変色もなく、表板の
表面の美観を長期に亘つて保持できる特長があ
