Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板上で且つその端面が基板の周縁部にま
で導かれて設けられた光導波路と、該光導波路の
上記端面上に積層して形成されると共に波長によ
り光を分波あるいは合波するためのフイルタとを
有することを特徴とする導波路形光合分波器。 (2) 上記フイルタが多層膜からなることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の導波
路形光合分波器。 (3) 上記多層膜がＳｉＯ２／ＴｉＯ２／あるい
はＭｇＦ２／ＺｎＳからなることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の導波路形光合
分波器。 (4) 上記多層膜が電子ビーム蒸着法あるいはス
パツタ法により形成されることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第２項または第３項記載の導
波路形光合分波器。 (5) 上記光導波路がガラスからなることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４
項のうちいずれか１項記載の導波路形光合分波器
