Claims (1)
- 被加熱材をプログラム制御設定器により、電力
調整して誘導加熱する誘導加熱装置において、被
加熱材の表面部と中心部の温度を測定する温度測
定回路と、この測定した両温度を比較し、その温
度偏差を演算する温度比較回路と、この温度比較
回路の偏差出力を判定し、設定された偏差温度を
超過したときに、プログラム制御設定器をホール
ドしてその出力をカツトするホールド指令を出し
、設定温度偏差内のときにはホールド指令を解除
する判定制御回路と、前記ホールド指令により電
力調整器をオン・オフ制御、または低電力制御を
行つて、熱伝導により被加熱材の中心温度を表面
温度に均一化させる均熱調整回路とから成ること
を特徴とする誘導加熱装置。
