Claims (1)
- 顕微鏡観察のため、皮膜部材など工業用微小試
料を合成樹脂で固定する際に用いられる治具であ
つて、基面に対し幅方向をもつて立上る帯状片に
微小試料を挾む開口と前記開口を閉じ方向に付勢
する連結部とを曲成したことを特徴とする工業材
料の顕微鏡観察用治具。
