In other words, if the float sinks significantly when the topsoil is soft, pitching (back-and-forth shaking) of the planting area may occur.
Also, rolling (swaying in the left-right direction) becomes difficult, and the planting depth of the left and right planting rows changes because it is propelled while remaining tilted. When the topsoil is hard, if there are local protrusions (ridges) on the topsoil surface, this will support the float and cause rolling and pitting in the planting area, making it difficult to accurately control pitching and rolling. . In such cases, the planting depth will change unless the rolling resistance is increased and the local protrusions are strongly pressed to level the ground uniformly. In addition, a hydraulic control valve is provided at the front of the float of the planting section, which switches according to the vertical movement of the float, and this hydraulic control valve controls a hydraulic cylinder that moves the planting section up and down via a link mechanism. That's what I do. If the planting area freely pitches and rolls due to the hardness and softness of the topsoil, and the attitude of the planting area changes, stable planting at a constant depth cannot be achieved at all times, and the switching operation of the hydraulic control valve may also be inappropriate. The disadvantage is that it is not carried out.

In view of these points, the present invention enables stable planting by ensuring that the planting part always contacts the topsoil in a constant state regardless of changes in the hardness and softness of the topsoil. An object of the present invention is to provide a planting part stabilizing device for a rice transplanter that can be switched depending on the hardness or softness of the rice transplanter.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an engine 2 is mounted on the front of a car body 1, a front wheel 3 is attached to the lower front of the car body 1, a chain case 4 extends rearward from approximately the center of the car body 1, and the chain case 4 extends rearward from approximately the center of the car body 1. A rear panel 5 is attached to the rear end of the case 4. A driver's seat 6 is formed in the upper center of the vehicle body 1, and the driver's seat 6 is provided with a steering wheel 7 and a seat 8.
A planting section 1 is attached to the rear of the vehicle body 1 via a link mechanism 9.
0 is attached so that it can move up and down. The link mechanism 9 includes an upper link 11, a lower link 12,
It has a vertical link 13 that connects the rear ends of the upper and lower links 11 and 12, and a connecting link 14 that hangs down from the front end of the upper link 11. are connected. The planting section 10 has a float 15, and a planting section frame 16 is supported on the float 15. Further, a seedling tank 17 is supported diagonally on the planting section frame 16, and the planting section frame 16 is supported by a rolling shaft 18.
It is connected to the lower end of the vertical link 13 via. A topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19 for detecting the hardness/softness of the topsoil curved in an arc shape is pivotally attached to the tip of the float 15 so as to be rotatable in the front and rear directions around a shaft 20. Said float 15
A support plate 21 is fixed to the top of the support plate 21, and a guide fitting 22 is attached to the support plate 21. A wire 23 is connected to the upper end of the topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19 via the guide fitting 22, and the other end of the wire 23 is connected to a spring 25 via a support plate 24 fixed to the upper end of the vertical link 13. ing. This spring 25 forms a first control mechanism for suppressing the swinging motion of the planting section 10 in the left-right direction, that is, the rolling motion, and also suppresses the swinging motion of the planting section 10 in the front-back direction, that is, the pitching motion. 25 branches left and right from the support plate 24, and the branch ends are fixed to the rear side of the seedling tank 17 at intervals. A support rod 26 protrudes from the front surface of the planting section frame 16, and a hydraulic control valve 27 is attached to the tip of the support rod 26.
The lower end of the spool rod of this hydraulic control valve 27 is attached to the upper surface of the float 15. This hydraulic control valve 27 is switched in response to the vertical movement of the float 15, and the switching of this valve 27 causes the hydraulic cylinder C to expand and contract.
The vertical movement of the is now regulated. Further, a link 28 is connected to the tip of the support rod 26 and the upper surface of the float 15, and a spring 29 is provided between the upper end of this link 28 and the upper end of the topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19. This spring 29 urges the link 28 in a counterclockwise direction centering on the tip of the support rod 26.
adjusts the switching sensitivity of the hydraulic control valve 27 as a second control mechanism. Next, the effect will be explained. When the topsoil is soft, the topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19 rotates clockwise about the shaft 20, and the first
The tension of the spring 25 as a control mechanism is increased, and the tension of the spring 29 as the second control mechanism is decreased. When the tension of the spring 25 increases, the planting part 10
The rolling motion and pitching motion of the float 15 is strongly suppressed, and the sinking of the float 15 is minimized.
0 is reduced, the planting depth is stabilized, the tension of the spring 29 is reduced, and the force with which the link 28 restricts the vertical movement of the float 15 is weakened, so that the hydraulic pressure is reduced. The switching sensitivity of the control valve 27 becomes sharper. Conversely, when the topsoil is hard, the topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19 rotates counterclockwise to reduce the tension of the spring 25 serving as the first control mechanism, and at the same time decrease the tension of the spring 29 serving as the second control mechanism. Increase the tension. Therefore, the force of the spring 25 that restricts the rolling and pitching movements is weakened, and the float 15 is propelled into contact with the surface of the topsoil.
Even if there are local protrusions on the surface of the topsoil, stable planting is achieved by leveling them out, and the force of pressing the float 15 of the link 28 against the topsoil becomes stronger, so that the switching sensitivity of the hydraulic control valve 27 is increased. becomes dull. In this way, the tension of the springs 25 and 29 is adjusted by detecting whether the topsoil is hard or soft, and when the topsoil is soft, the sinking of the float 15 is reduced, and the hydraulic control valve 27 is switched by the vertical movement of the float 15. conversely, when the topsoil is hard, the float 15 actively contacts the topsoil, and
The switching sensitivity of the hydraulic control valve 27 is made dull, and the hydraulic control valve 27 is prevented from switching due to slight irregularities in the topsoil. In the embodiment described above, the spring 25 as the first control mechanism serves both the rolling control and the pitching control, but as shown in FIG.
The rolling control spring 30 and the pitching control spring 32 may be provided separately. That is, two rolling control springs 30 are extended from the support plate 24 to the left and right, and their respective tips are fixed to the planting section frame 16 at intervals on the left and right, and these rolling control springs 30
is connected to the upper end of the topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19 via a wire W1 . Further, a support plate 31 is provided on the lower surface of the upper link 11, and this support plate 31
and a pitching control spring 32 between the vertical link 13
is provided, and this pitching control spring 32 is connected to a wire.
It is connected to the tip of the topsoil hardness/softness detection sensor 19 via W2 . Note that a long hole 13a is formed in the vertical link 13, and a pin 11a fixed to the upper link 11 engages with this long hole 13a, thereby causing the planting part 10 to rotate slightly up and down. It is now possible to pitch.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to detect the hardness or softness of the topsoil, and by the vertical movement of the float, the planting part can always be supported in a substantially constant state relative to the topsoil, thereby making it possible to plant at a constant depth. This has the effect of enabling stable planting work.
