A conventional automobile lamp P such as a front combination lamp as shown in FIG. 1 is provided on a front bumper 12. To explain this structure, 1 is a bulb that is detachably attached to the lamp body 2, 3 is a lens that is fixed to the lamp body 2 and has a flange portion 3b so as to almost seal the opening of the lamp body 2, and 4 is a lens that is fixed to the lamp body 2. A gasket 5 interposed between 2 and the lens 3 is a screw for attachment to the bumper 12. Further, a breathing hole 3 is provided in a part of the flange portion 3b of the lens 3 where it comes into contact with the lamp body 2.
A is provided, and air mainly flows between the space inside the lamp P and the outside air around the lamp P through this breathing hole 3a.

However, in the case of automotive lighting equipment, air expands and contracts when the lighting equipment is turned on and off or changes in outside temperature, so air can flow between the space inside the lighting equipment and the outside air around the lighting equipment. In conventional automobile lamps, breathing occurs through the breathing holes 3a, etc., but since the lamps are close to the road, rainwater and dust can easily be sucked into the lamps through the breathing holes 3a, and as a result, the illuminance may deteriorate over time due to dirt inside the lamp body. There was a problem that caused a decline in functionality.

Specifically, according to the dust resistance test based on JISD0207 (77). , such a conventional automobile lamp has obtained the results shown by the line in FIG. In the figure, the horizontal axis indicates time H, and the vertical axis indicates light attenuation rate %.

This idea was created by focusing on these conventional problems, and it was designed to isolate the interior of the light fixture from the outside air around the light fixture, provide taps on the light fixture and the dash panel, and connect each tap with a pipe body. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems by making the space inside the lamp communicate with the space inside the vehicle so that the breathing action of the lamp can be performed through the tube body.

To explain the structure, numeral 6 is a lens provided in the opening of the lamp body 7, and is attached to the lamp body 7 via a gasket 4 with a screw 5 so as to be sealed. 7a is a tap provided on the lamp body 7,
It is formed by the lamp body 7 and the lens 6 and communicates with the space inside the lamp P which is in a substantially sealed state.
8 is a tap provided on the dash panel 9,
A tubular body 10 such as a rubber hose connects the tap 8 of the dash panel 9 and the tap 7a of the lamp body to communicate the space inside the lamp P with the vehicle interior 11.
Note that the tap 7a and the tap 8 may be formed integrally with the lamp body 7 and the dash panel 9, respectively, or may be independently fixed.

First, when the lamp is turned on, the air inside the lamp P expands due to the heat generated by the bulb 1, and the pressure inside the lamp P becomes higher than the outside air around the lamp. 10 and tap 8 into the space of the passenger compartment 11, and an exhalation effect is performed. Next, when the lamp is turned off or the outside air temperature around the lamp falls, the air inside the lamp P is cooled and contracts, so the pressure inside the lamp P is reduced by the outside air around the lamp and the interior space of the vehicle compartment 11. Since the pressure is lower than the pressure, the air in the vehicle interior 11 is sucked into the lamp P through the tap 8, the pipe body 10, and the tap 7a, and an intake action is performed, but generally the air in the vehicle interior is purified. , the dust contained in the air sucked into the lamp P is extremely small compared to the outside air around the lamp.
The functional decline of the lamp P caused by the breathing action of
It is much smaller than the lamp P which directly sucks in the outside air around the lamp.

Incidentally, it will be more effective if a filter is provided on the tap or the like.

As explained above, according to this invention, the interior of the lamp is isolated from the outside air around the lamp, and the space inside the lamp installed outside the vehicle near the engine compartment is connected to the interior space of the vehicle using a tube. Because of the communicating structure, it is possible to prevent dust and rainwater from entering through the gaps or breathing holes due to the breathing effect of the lamp, and it is highly effective in preventing a decrease in illuminance and rust caused by dirt on the inside of the lamp. According to the results of a dust resistance test based on JISD0207 (77) for the example, it was found that the decrease in illuminance was almost completely improved as shown by the line in FIG.
