    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板１上に磁気抵抗素子膜２１を貼着し、
    これを絶縁層３１で覆い、この絶縁層３１の上に
    磁気抵抗素子膜２２を貼着し、これを絶縁膜３２
    で覆い、このようにして順次磁気抵抗素子膜２３
    ，…２ｎおよび絶縁膜３３，…３ｎを積層し（た
    だしｎは正整数でｎ≧２）、前記各層の隣り合う
    磁気抵抗素子膜間をスルーホール４１，４２……
    ４ｎ−１でそれぞれ接続し、最下層および最上層
    の磁気抵抗素子膜にそれぞれ接続する外部接続用
    電極５および６をそれぞれ基板１および絶縁層３
    ｎ−１上に設けて成る磁気センサ。
