Claims (1)
- プランジヤを収容したスリーブ部材の周囲に配
置された励磁コイルに断続電流を供給することに
より、リターンスプリングの付勢力と協動して前
記プランジヤを往復動させ、吸込弁および吐出弁
を交互に開閉させてポンプ動作を行なう電磁ポン
プにおいて、前記リターンスプリング、前記吸込
弁を構成するバルブスプリングおよびそのバルブ
カバーの少なくとも一つを、磁性材で形成すると
ともに着磁したことを特徴とする電磁ポンプ。
