路。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ａ 時系列データが共通に入力端子に与えられる
複数のデータラツチ回路と、このデータラツチ回
路に書込クロツクの供給に同期して順次ラツチ指
令を与えるための第１カウンタと、上記複数のデ
ータラツチ回路にラツチしたデータを順次取出し
て出力するマルチプレクサと、このマルチプレク
サに読出クロツクに同期して切替信号を与える第
２カウンタとを具備したインターリーブ回路にお
いて、 Ｂ このインターリーブ回路の動作終了時に第１
カウンタ及び第２カウンタの状態の不一致を検出
し、インターリーブ回路が誤動作したことを表わ
す信号を出力する不一致検出回路、 を設けて成る誤動作検出機能を具備したインタ
ーリーブ回路。
