Conventionally, as a speaker box to which a speaker unit is attached, one constructed of wood is generally known. This is because the materials are relatively easy to obtain, processing is easy, and acoustic characteristics such as the buttful effect have been sufficiently researched, making it easy to obtain materials when designing. It is. However, in the case of such a wooden speaker box, special ingenuity is required when attaching the speaker box body to the buttful plate to which the speaker unit is attached. This is because the mounting portion between the buff-full plate and the speaker box body has a significant effect on the acoustic effect. Wooden speaker boxes have a problem in that they are not suitable for mass production because of the emphasis placed on attaching the buttful plate to the speaker box body.

らなかつた。 However, when the speaker box is integrally molded from synthetic resin in this manner, there are various restrictions in terms of molding technology. For example, due to the acoustic characteristics of a speaker box, a depth of about 20 cm is required, but when such a speaker box is integrally molded from synthetic resin, it is difficult to create a speaker box that satisfies these conditions due to constraints in molding technology such as molds. The speaker box 1 had to be molded separately into a front part 2 and a rear part 3, as shown in FIG.

During molding, the speaker box warped toward the inside, which adversely affected the acoustic characteristics.

2 to 7 are views showing one embodiment of the present invention, in which 10 is a speaker box body molded from synthetic resin and has an opening on one side (the rear side in the figure); 11 is a speaker box body 10; A plurality of ribs are integrally formed, 12 is a recess formed in the rib 11, 13 is a meat strip provided in the recess 12,
In order to prevent the protrusion 14 of the rib 11 from cracking, the protrusion 1
It is formed by taking R and C planes at the root of 4. Reference numeral 15 represents a mounting member that is accommodated in the recess 12 of the rib 11, and 16 represents a lid (in this case, a rear panel) that closes the opening of the speaker box body 10, and is made of wood, synthetic resin, or the like. 17 is a rib formed on the lid body 16; 18 is a convex portion formed on the rib 17, which engages with the mounting member 15 when the lid body 16 is attached to the speaker box body 10. 19 is rib 17
When attaching the lid body 16 to the speaker box body 10, the rib 11 [particularly the rib 1

First, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting member 15 is adhesively housed in the recess 12 of the rib 11 formed integrally with the speaker box body 10. At this time, the protrusion 14 of the rib 11 is attached to the mounting member 1.
Although the box is pressed inward at 5, breakage of the protrusion 14 is prevented by providing a meat strip 13 at the base.

The mounting member 15 is pressed against the inner wall of the box via the protrusion 14. At the same time, the convex portion 18 of the rib 17 and the mounting member 15 are engaged, and the mounting member 15 is pressed against the inner wall of the box. Therefore, the interior space of the speaker box is completely sealed, and there is no possibility of deterioration of acoustic characteristics due to air leakage or the like.
