Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電性もしくは半導電性の基体にて帯状構成し
    たシート吸着板１に、多数個の電極３をそれぞれ
    長手方向に離間して設け、この各電極３の相互に
    、電位差を有する電圧を印加しながらシート吸着
    板を移動することにより表面にシートを吸着して
    搬送するようにしたシート搬送装置において、シ
    ート吸着板１の一側面側に、このシート吸着板１
    の各電極２に摺接して交互に高電圧と低電圧が印
    加される電極をシート吸着板１の長手方向に間隔
    をあけて配設したことを特徴とするシート搬送装
    置。
