コAを紙庫へ向けて搬出でき、そのため装着に要

第13図は従来装置(第1図)と、本発明装置
(第5図)を比較して示したものであるが、この
図に示す如く本発明によると、以下のうな効果が
ある。即ち、支承アームからの残芯の取外しを、
紙継完了後チヤツキング位置へ回転する途中で行
なえるため、トロツコをトラバーサ内へ引き込む
時などに平行して行なうことが出来、作業者の指
令を受けてから行なわれる新巻取紙の装着に要す
る時間が短くてすむ。それ故に、輪転印刷機の印
刷速度が早くなつたため、短かくなつた装着作業
を余裕を持つて行なうことができる。また本発明
によると、使用後の残芯をチヤツキング装置から
受取り、この残芯をトラバーサがスタート位置へ
復帰後、作業者の手を煩わすことなく自動的にト
ロツコに渡し、トロツコに載せて残芯回収位置ま
で搬送することができ、作業者が危険な作業をす
る必要はない。また紙継時にほどけた紙を巻き戻
しローラで巻き戻してから残芯を回収することが
できるので、周辺にほどけた紙の切れ片等が散乱

Claims (1)
組以上具え、各支承アームを巻取紙装着位置と紙
継位置に位置決めする手段を有する巻取紙装着装
置において、前記巻取紙装着装置で支承アームに
巻取紙を供給する供給機構、前記支承アームが紙
継位置から巻取紙装着位置へ回転移動する部分の
下方に設けられた残芯回収装置、前記支承アーム
を残芯回収装置の真上で停止させる位置決め手段
とを有し、前記供給機構は、前記支承アーム間を
移動可能なトラバーサと、同トラバーサ上に設け
られ、同トラバーサの移動方向と直交する方向に
搬送されるトロツコの搬入レールが設置された搭
載台と、同トラバーサの両サイドに設けられ、前
記残芯回収装置で回収した残芯を一時受け取つて
おき、同トラバーサがスタート位置へ復帰後前記
トロツコ上へ同残芯を受け渡す機能を有する残芯
一時受けとを具え、前記残芯回収装置は、紙継時
にほどけた紙を巻き戻す巻き戻しローラを載置し
た昇降リフタと残芯受けとを有し、同残芯受けが
チヤツキング装置で保持された残芯に当るまで同
昇降リフタを上昇させ、同チヤツキング装置から
残芯を受取るようにしたことを特徴とする巻取紙
