段階と、前記管状部品に胴体と肩から成る中実の
部品を該肩が前記端部の縁上に支持されるように
挿入する段階と、前記容器を焼結温度にする段階
とから成る、セラミツク製管状部品の焼結方法。 2 特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法におい
て、前記管状部品の全長に対する前記余盛の長さ
の比率は0.1%〜5%であることを特徴とする前
記焼結方法。 3 特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の
方法において、前記中実部品の本体の長さは、前
記余盛の長さに実質的に等しいことを特徴とする
前記焼結方法。 4 特許請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1
項に記載の方法において、前記管状部品、前記
板、および前記中実部品は同一のセラミツク組成
となつていることを特徴とする前記焼結方法。 5 特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法におい
て、前記管状部品および前記板はアルカリベータ
アルミナでつくられていることを特徴とする前記
