Recently, the edible mushrooms have a unique flavor and also contain various amino acids, proteins, and vitamins B and B.
Containing vitamins such as phosphorus, calcium, iron and other minerals, mushrooms are used as health foods. Furthermore, various polysaccharides contained in fungal mushrooms have been recognized to have medicinal effects such as anticancer and blood pressure lowering effects, and the demand for them is increasing.

Therefore, artificial cultivation of these fungal mushrooms is being actively carried out. The most commonly used method at present is to inoculate fungal mycelia into a solid medium made by mixing sawdust and rice bran in an incubator, and leave this for about a month to allow the fungal mycelium to grow. Mushrooms were grown and harvested. In addition, a small amount of lime was mixed in to prevent the rice bran from oxidizing in the solid medium.

In the conventional artificial culture described above, it takes about a month to obtain the developed mycelium that can be used as an extraction material for food or medicine after inoculating the fungus, and the quality of the developed mycelium is also not sufficient. I felt a hatred for him.

In the artificial culture of fungal mushrooms, the present inventor mixed coral fossils into a conventional medium and cultured the fungal mushrooms in this medium. The present invention was completed by discovering that the hyphae of fungal mushrooms can be shortened and that the mycelia of fungal mushrooms that have grown can also be of extremely high quality.

Fill a 1000 c.c. capacity culture bottle with a mixture of 170 g of sawdust, 110 g of rice bran, and 10 g of coral fossils, inoculate 10 g of enokitake mushroom seed into this medium, and add 16 to 18 g of enokitake mushroom seed at a moisture content of 62%.
When left at 18 days at 18°C, enoki mushroom mycelia grow throughout the bottle, and after 4 to 5 days at 5 to 6°C, germination occurs, and grown enoki mushrooms are obtained in 21 to 25 days. The enoki mushrooms have a white color due to reduced water content, and 170 g of long-lasting mushrooms with small caps can be obtained.

As a control, when enokitake was cultured under the same conditions as in the example without adding the accelerator of the present invention, it took 21 days for the enokitake mycelium to grow throughout the bottle, and it took 26 to 26 days for the mycelia to grow after germination. It took 27 days. Moreover, the enoki mushrooms that had grown had large caps, high water content, and a yield of around 130 g.

The effect of coral fossils on the culture and growth of fungi and mushrooms is not fully understood, but the lime of coral fossils adjusts the pH of the medium in the culture vessel, and the adsorption properties of coral fossils absorb water and impurities in sawdust. Create an environment suitable for culturing the bacteria. Additionally, the porous nature of coral fossils allows air to be trapped in the culture vessel, promoting the growth of aerobic bacteria. Furthermore, various trace components in coral fossils help the growth of fungi. We believe that the synergistic effect of various factors such as these has emerged.

The culture promoter of the present invention shortens the culture period, which normally takes 22 to 23 days, to 18 to 19 days, and in addition, the moisture content of the mushrooms produced is reduced, the caps are small, and the mushrooms are white and have a long shelf life. Become a product that does. Furthermore, the yield will increase by 10-40%.

As described above, by the extremely simple method of simply adding the accelerator of the present invention to the culture medium, both the mass and mass of fungal mushrooms can be improved, and the harvest period is particularly shortened from the conventional 52 to 53 days from the time they are placed in the culture vessel to the time they are harvested. The advantage is that what you need can be produced in 46 to 47 days.
