第１図はこの考案に係る加速管の結合構造の一
実施例を示す断面図、第２図は従来の加速管の結
合構造を示す断面図である。 図において、１は加速空胴、２は結合空胴、３
はフランジ、４はガスケツト、５は今回考案の排
気孔、６は大気と真空部をガスケツトにくい込ま
せシールするエツジ部、７は加速空胴の電気的接
続部、８は空気層、９は加速空胴の接合部でロー
付を示す。１０は加速空胴の真空であることを示
す。なお、各図中の同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。
実施例を示す断面図、第２図は従来の加速管の結
合構造を示す断面図である。 図において、１は加速空胴、２は結合空胴、３
はフランジ、４はガスケツト、５は今回考案の排
気孔、６は大気と真空部をガスケツトにくい込ま
せシールするエツジ部、７は加速空胴の電気的接
続部、８は空気層、９は加速空胴の接合部でロー
付を示す。１０は加速空胴の真空であることを示
す。なお、各図中の同一符号は同一、又は相当部

Claims (1)
- 加速空胴と結合空胴からなる加速管において、
結合空胴同志をフランジ接合し、結合空胴に排気
孔を設けたことを特徴とする加速管の結合構造。
