いなかつた。 The conventional method of reinforcing an existing block wall is to take the foundation concrete (width 15 cm or more and length 60 cm or more) on the residential property side, weld L-shaped steel at intervals of 3.2 meters or less, and at right angles to the welds. This method involves placing steel strips horizontally at regular intervals on both sides of a block wall and tightening bolts at a pitch of 80 cm, but the steel used in this method has not been treated to prevent corrosion, so it must be removed. This is a temporary reinforcement method based on the premise, and it requires a large area to install L-beam welding.
The narrow urban housing land situation was not suitable for its widespread use.

Horizontal steel members 2 as horizontal reinforcing members are placed in close contact with the wall at regular intervals and fixed with bolts 3 from both sides. The vertical steel members 5 are connected and fixed to each other with bolts 3 via the block wall 1 and the horizontal steel members 2.

In step 6, an adhesive is applied to the fence and reinforced by splicing over the entire area of the vertical steel members 5 from the base portion 4 to the top of the fence. Note that this steel fiber-containing concrete 6 can also be formed into a mold so that it can completely cover the vertical steel members 5 by making cement mortar containing steel fibers on site. Further, it is preferable that the steel fibers have a size of 0.5 mm x 0.5 x 30 mm and are mixed in a proportion of about 1.0% to the concrete material.

りる。(1) Since the block wall is reinforced from just above the foundation with vertical reinforcing material and concrete containing steel fibers, collapse can be prevented, and the reinforcement means is approximately the same as the standing area of the block wall. Therefore, only a small area is required compared to other methods.
