- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 耐熱絶縁性基体に、それぞれ金属酸化物半導体
からなるガス検知片と温度補償片とを支持させた
センサ本体と、 センサ本体の周囲を覆う金属カバーとを設ける
とともに、 金属カバーの側周には、排気ガスにスパイラル
運動を与えながらカバー内に導入するための排気
ガス導入孔を設け、金属カバーの内部には排気ガ
スをカバーの先端へ移動させるスパイラルを設け
、かつカバーの先端には排気ガス排出孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする、排気ガスセンサ。
