However, due to special circumstances in terms of space on the building side, there are cases where the entrance/exit directly faces the external roadway and it is not possible to provide a vehicle turning room. In such a case, the vehicle must be driven in reverse to enter and exit the warehouse, which poses a safety problem.

It is now assumed that the lifting lift 14 is waiting on the side of the parking device 1, and the mounting body 19 is positioned and fixed to the lifting lift 14 by the first positioning and fixing device 23 without the pallet 4 mounted thereon. Further, the second positioning and fixing device 24 holds the clamping arms 24c and 24d in an open state. The turntable 25 is stopped at a position where the protrusion 34 engages with the central limit switch 32. The entrance/exit 13 is closed by an opening/closing door 13a.

Next, by releasing the interlocking of the lateral transfer device 5 and causing only the front row side to drive independently, the front row side row is moved one pitch to the left, and thereby the desired pallet 4 is transferred onto the loading body 19. The desired pallet 4 is moved between the clamping arms 24c and 24d by the subsequent operation of the second positioning and fixing device 24 (the rod extension operation of the air cylinder 24f).
is held in place and fixed in position (double-dashed line in Figure 4).

Immediately before the desired pallet 4 is fitted into the rectangular opening 25a, the first positioning and fixing device 23 is deactivated (rod shortening operation of the air cylinder 23a).
As a result, the engaging member 23b separates from the engaged bar 23c to release the positioning and fixing of the mounting body 19, and then the roller 37 reaches the entrance of the guide passage 38 and is guided by the guide members 38a and 38b, As a result, the pallet 4 fits into the rectangular opening 25a while being correctly adjusted in position with respect to the turntable 25, and the lifting lift 14 stops when the turntable 25 and the pallet 4 are flush with each other.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, a turntable is provided on the fixed floor of the boundary opening that communicates the vehicle entry room and the hoistway, and the turntable is placed in the center of the turntable on the mounting body when the lifting lift is raised. A rectangular opening into which a pallet can be inserted is formed, and the turntable, pallet, and mounting body can be rotated as a unit in this inserted state, and an entrance/exit opening leading directly to the external roadway is formed in the building wall that forms the vehicle entry room. Because of this, there is no need to provide a special vehicle turning room, and the site can be used effectively. Also, the entrance can be positioned in any direction, which is no longer subject to restrictions on the direction of vehicle entry. The parking facility can be installed in a difficult location, and all operations for entering and exiting the parking facility can be performed by forward driving, so even beginners can enter and exit the parking facility safely and with peace of mind.

[Claims] A parking device is provided in which a plurality of vehicle loading pallets are arranged in a parking space on the lower floor or underground and are circulated in a rectangular plane using vertical and horizontal transfer mechanisms, and A vehicle entry room is provided facing the exit, and a hoistway is formed which faces upward from the lateral transfer row extension adjacent to the parking space and communicates with the vehicle entry room, and the pallets are moved up and down in the hoistway. In a mechanical parking facility equipped with an elevating lift for conveyance, a transfer rail is provided on the upper surface of the pallet to engage and place wheels rotatably supported on the elevating lift around a vertical axis and pivoted on the lower surface of the pallet. a circular pit cut into the ground floor of the vehicle entry compartment and having a communication hole between the hoistway and the vehicle entry space in the center of the pit floor; It consists of a turntable that is rotatably supported and has a rectangular opening in the center for inserting the pallet, and when the lifting lift is raised, the pallet to be placed on the loading body fits into the rectangular opening and remains in the fitted state. A mechanical parking facility characterized in that the turntable, pallet, and mounting body are able to rotate integrally. 2. Claims in which the lifting lift is capable of engaging and supporting a plurality of wheels that are pivotally supported on the lower surface of the mounting body by fixing a pair of arcuate lifting rails facing each other about the vertical axis on the upper surface thereof. Mechanical parking equipment as described in paragraph 1. 3. The above-mentioned arc-shaped lifting rail is connected to a plurality of arc-shaped rail groups provided on the fixed floor side at the final position of the lifting stroke of the lifting lift, thereby completing one circular track centered on the vertical axis, a patent. Mechanical parking equipment according to claim 2. 4. The arcuate rail group is arranged separately on both sides of the boundary opening, and consists of a fixed rail on each side and a pair of swinging rails connected to both ends of the fixed rail, and the swinging rail is The side end of the fixed rail is supported so that it can freely swing up and down with respect to the fixed floor, and is normally held in a slightly downwardly inclined shape due to its own weight with appropriate stoppers, and its tip faces into the hoistway to raise the hoisting rail. Claim 3: When the lift rail is lifted horizontally by an engagement piece protruding from the bottom surface of the tip thereof.
Mechanical parking equipment as described in section. 5. The vertical lift has a through hole bored in the center of the horizontal part along the vertical axis, and a bearing having a vertical section shaped like a drum is attached to the horizontal part, and a central axis vertically provided on the lower surface of the center of the mounting body is aligned with the vertical axis. The mechanical parking equipment according to claim 1, which is inserted into a bearing so as to be slidable up and down to allow a slight inclination of the mounting body. 6. The lifting lift is provided with a positioning and fixing device for positioning the mounting body at a predetermined position, and the fixing device includes an air cylinder installed on the lifting lift and a concave engaging member fixed to the rod end of the air cylinder. The machine according to claim 1, wherein the concave engaging member is normally externally fitted and engaged with a rod to be engaged which is vertically provided on the lower surface of the mounting body by extension of the rod, so as to be positioned and fixed. Parking facilities. 7. The mounting body is provided with a positioning fixing device for positioning the pallet at a predetermined position, and the fixing device includes a pair of sector gears that are meshed with each other and are pivotally supported on the mounting body, and a pair of sector gears that are protruded from the sector gears. A pair of clamping arms that can be opened and closed in the direction of pallet movement during pallet transfer, and an air cylinder pivotally connected to the tip of a driven arm whose cylindrical side is pivoted to the mounting body and whose rod tip projects from the one sector gear. When the pallet is transferred onto the loading body, the pair of clamping arms close the pallet, thereby clamping a roller that is supported by a shaft that projects from the lower surface of the pallet, and positions and fixes it in a predetermined position.
A mechanical parking facility according to claim 1. 8 A coupling mechanism is provided between the mounting body and the turntable, and the coupling mechanism includes a roller that projects from the mounting body and is supported by a shaft, and a roller that is elongated in the vertical direction on the entire bottom surface of the turntable and that gradually widens only in the lower part. A pair of guide members are provided vertically to form a guide passage, and the roller is fitted into the guide passage immediately before the pallet is fitted into the opening at the final ascending position of the lifting lift.
