- 一方の面上にマイクロ波集積回路を形成した誘
電体板の他の一面に金属板のキヤリアを固着して
なるキヤリア方式のマイクロ波集積回路において
、前記キヤリアにほぼ垂直な側壁を前記誘電体板
の両側の前記キヤリア上に設けたことを特徴とす
るマイクロ波集積回路。
