この発明はトンネル内の二次覆工用型枠装置に

5と一次覆工面4との間に所定の間隙を保持し、
このような状態でもつて該間隙に二次覆工用コン
クリート21を打設するようにしていた。そし
て、そのコンクリート21の養生が完了した後に
上記型枠5を取り外して二次覆工が完成する。こ
の後、上記門型11を前進させて次の区間におけ
る二次覆工のための段取作業を開始する。以上の
ようにして二次覆工の施工が順次行なわれて行く
のであるが、ここで問題となるのは、上記コンク
リート21を打設する間およびそのコンクリート
21の養生を待つ間上記型枠5を保持し続けなけ
ればならないことで、このためにトンネル2内の
作業スペースが上記門型11等によつて占拠され
てしまい、さらに次の二次覆工のための段取作業
が行なえないということである。つまり、従来の
トンネル内二次覆工用型枠装置は、これを用いて
二次覆工を必ずしも効率良く行なえるものではな
かつた。門型11によらずに上記型枠5を保持す
る手段もあつたが、この場合も、その型枠5を保
持するための油圧装置等がトンネル内の障害物と
なることには変わりなく、従つてやはり二次覆工

高められるようにしたトンネル内二次覆工用型枠

第2図、第3図および第4図はこの発明による
トンネル内二次覆工用型枠装置の一実施例を示
す。同図に示す型枠装置は、一次覆工されたトン
ネル2の内壁面4に沿つて略円形に組立てられる
二次覆工用管状型枠5に、該型枠5の内側から外
側へ放射状に突出して一次覆工面に当接する複数
本の支持脚12を取外し可能に設け、該支持脚1
2により型枠5と一次覆工面との間に所定の間隙
dを保持するようにしたものである。ここで、上
記型枠5は、第2図および第3図に示すように、
クラウンフオーム6、サイドフオーム7およびイ
ンバートフオーム8をヒンジ9およびボルト等に
よる連結部10により組立てたもので、その組立
および分解がトンネル2内にて行なえるように構
成されている。そして、その型枠5の組立時およ
び分解時だけ、第2図に示すように門型11が使
用される。上記支持脚12は、第4図にその詳細
を示すように、型枠5の内方に溶接等により突設
固定されたブラケツト16に、中間部材17を介
して着脱可能に取付けられる。中間部材17は筒
状をなし、その外周囲にはネジ部17aが形成さ
れ、このネジ部17aがブラケツト16側に形成
したネジ部16aに螺合する。上記支持脚12は
中間部材17を遊貫通して型枠5の内側から外側
へ向けて放射状に突出する。そして、その先端部
14が一次覆工部3の内壁面4に予め固設した受
部22に当接する。また、その基端側15には複
数のピン孔18が適宜間隔で配設され、このピン
孔18および上記中間部材17に設けたピン孔1
9を共に貫通する固定ピン20により支持脚12
と中間部材17が互いに係止し合つて連結する。
支持脚12の突出長dは上記固定ピン20が貫通
するピン孔18の位置を選ぶことにより段階的に
設定され、さらに上記中間部材17を回転操作す
ることにより連続的に微調整される。このように
して、複数本の支持脚12はそれぞれが型枠5外
への突出長dを調節され、第2図および第3図に
示すように型枠5の一次覆工面からの間隙を定め
る。以上のようにして型枠5を一次覆工面の内側
で組立て、かつ上記支持脚12によつてその位置
を定めた後は、第3図に示すように、上記門型1
1がなくともそのまま保持される。従つて、型枠
5の位置を定めた後は、例えば第5図に示すよう
に、さらに前進させて該型枠5の内側に必要な作
業スペースを確保してから、二次覆工用コンクリ
ート21を打設して養生を行なうことができる。
他方、この型枠5からさらに前進させられた門型
5は、その型枠5の前方に隣接する区間に次の型
枠5を組立てる作業を行なうために使用すること
ができる。あるいは、後退させて、すでにコンク
リート21の養生が完了した型枠5の撤収作業に
使用することができる。これにより、コンクリー
ト21を打設する間および該コンクリート21の
養生が完了するまでの間に、さらに別の作業を行
なうことができる。しかも、上記支持脚12は型
枠5の内側から外側へ突出し、内方に大きく突出
しないようにすることができ、これにより別の作
業を効率良く行なわしめるのに十分な作業スペー
スを確保することもできる。なお、上記支持脚1

次覆工面に当接する複数本の支持脚を該型枠の内
方に突設されたブラケツトを介して取外し可能に
設け、該支持脚により該型枠と一次覆工面との間
に所定の間隙を保持するとともに該支持脚のみに
より該型枠を支持するようにした二次覆工用型枠
装置であつて、該支持脚は該ブラケツトに螺着さ
れた突出長調整用の中間部材に遊嵌通され、且
つ、該支持脚をその径方向に穿設されたピン孔を
介して該中間部材に係止固定したことを特徴とす
るトンネル内二次覆工用型枠装置。1.
