Claims (1)
- 対峙する一対の脚部とこれら一対の脚部の一端
を連結する基部とを有する音叉型水晶片に第１の
励振電極を一方の脚部の表裏面と他方の脚部の側
面に設けて各々共通接続し、第２の励振電極を一
方の脚部の側面と他方の脚部の表裏面に設けて各
々共通接続して、これら励振電極に電圧を印加す
ることにより発振する音叉型水晶振動子であつて
、少なくとも前記２つの脚部の内外側面４面に設
けた励振電極が、幅方向端部の少なくとも一方に
おいて表裏面に回り込んでいることを特徴とする
音叉型水晶振動子の電極構造。
