Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) トランジスタと、該トランジスタのエミツ
タに直流電源電圧を供給する第１の抵抗器と、上
記トランジスタのベースと上記直流電源との間に
接続された第２の抵抗器と、上記トランジスタの
ベースと基準電位点との間に接続された第３の抵
抗器とを有するものにおいて、上記第２の抵抗器
に直列に複数のダイオードを順方向接続し、上記
トランジスタのコレクタから出力電流を得ること
を特徴とする定電流回路。 (2) 上記第２の抵抗器の値をＲ２とし、上記第
３の抵抗器の値をＲ３とし、上記ダイオードの数
をｎとして、ｎＲ３Ｒ２＋Ｒ３＝１としたことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
定電流回路。 (3) 上記ダイオードがトランジスタのダイオー
ド接続回路からなることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項記載の定電流回路
