Conventionally, in a cuff band in which an ischemic cuff and a sound-collecting cuff are overlapped, the microphone provided on the sound-collecting cuff side comes into contact with the ischemic cuff, and conversely, the microphone is pushed out by the ischemic cuff, causing the cuff band to overlap. There were problems in that it was thicker, felt unnecessarily compressive, did not feel good against the skin, and was difficult to visually determine the position of the sound recording section. In order to solve this problem, as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-152627, by installing a microphone outside the cuff band,
A configuration in which the cuff band is made thinner has also been proposed, but since the microphone is provided outside the cuff band in this way, it is necessary to connect the microphone to the sound collection cuff via a conduit, and in this way, it is necessary to connect the microphone to the sound collecting cuff through a conduit. The conduit tends to cause noise, and since the conduit is necessary, there are problems such as an increase in the number of parts.

The ischemic cuff 5 has a length of 220 m/m to 240 m/m so that even people with thick upper arms 6 can completely achieve blood ischemia.
However, for people with thin upper arms 6, the ischemic cuff 5 may extend more than once. Therefore, in the cuff band 1 of the present invention, the curved plate 1 is temporarily fixed to the upper arm 6.
The cuff 5 is shorter than the ischemic cuff 5, and has a curved shape suitable for people with thin arms. For example, it is determined that the appropriate inner diameter dimension of this curve is about φ60 to 70 m/m.

The curved plate 15 is inserted between the outer sheet 14 and the outer cloth 12, but the ischemic cuff bag 11 and the curved plate 15
The outer cloth 12 interposed between the two is made of a base cloth with a low coefficient of friction such as nylon with good slippage, and the curved plate 15 is also made of nylon, so it can be worn by people with different arm sizes. Even when pressurizing, the curved plate 15 slides smoothly in the circumferential direction, and there is no possibility of generating noise or tearing the ischemic cuff bag 11 due to friction. In particular, since the generation of fricative sounds can be suppressed, there is no need to disturb the reception of Korotkoff sounds during blood pressure measurement. And since the curved plate 15 is on the outside of the ischemic cuff 5,
This improves pressure transmission from the ischemic cuff 5 to the upper arm 6.

The sound collecting cuff 4 is a molded product made of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) as shown in Fig. 8, and as shown in Fig. 10, a concave groove 18 is formed on the inner surface and the whole is curved. A sound recording film 19 made of polyethylene is adhered to the circumferential portion of the groove 18 to close the groove 18. A series of microphone holding parts 20 are formed on the sound collection cuff 4, and a microphone 21
is inserted and held. As shown in FIG. 9, the microphone holder 20 has a through hole 22 at its bottom.
The groove 18 is connected to the groove 18, so that sound recording can be carried out effectively. Locking flanges 23 as shown in FIG. 8 are formed at both lengthwise ends of the sound collecting cuff 4. As shown in FIG. However, the sound collecting cuff 4 is
As shown in the figure, the sound collecting cuff 4 is attached to the inner surface of the ischemic cuff 5 so as to be exposed on the inner surface of the ischemic cuff 5 by inserting the locking collar 23 into the notch 24 of the inner outer cloth 13. By exposing the sound collecting cuff 4 in this way, the sound collecting cuff 4 can be brought into direct contact with the upper arm 6, and Korotkoff sounds can be recorded directly. No impact,
This improves reliability. Furthermore, in order to insert the upper arm part 6 into the curved part 2, the locking collar 23 of the sound collecting cuff 4 is simply inserted into the notch 24 of the outer cloth 13, so that the circumferential direction of the sound collecting cuff 4 is The position can be changed freely, and the upper arm part 6 can be easily attached by deforming along the upper arm part 6. or,
A long slit 26 in the length direction of the sound collecting cuff 4 is formed in the protrusion 43 forming the microphone holding part 20 of the sound collecting cuff 4.
A hook 27 of an inner and outer cover (described later) is slidably inserted into the sound collecting cuff 6, and the sound collecting cuff 4 can be moved slightly in the length direction. Therefore, air is sent to the ischemic cuff 5, and when it is inflated, the sound collecting cuff 4 can be moved so as to come into close contact with the skin of the upper arm 6. In addition, on both sides of the width direction of the sound collecting cuff 4, as shown in FIG.
8 is extended, and the difference in level is made gentle so that the difference in level does not cause pain when being attached to the upper arm 6 and measuring blood pressure.

Although not particularly shown on the main body side, it connects with the F-type plug 49 to detect the pressure of the ischemic cuff 5 of the cuff band 1, and at the same time connects with the electric plug 50 to detect the Korotkoff sound picked up by the microphone 21 inside the cuff band 1. and display the blood pressure value. For this reason, a portion of the electric plug 50 and the F-type plug 49 protrude by an appropriate amount to fit into the main body.

In the F-type plug 49, the communication hole 52 for communicating the ischemic cuff pressure to the main body detection section is formed to be relatively smaller than the letter-shaped communication hole 53 for the purpose of sending air from the pressurizing pump 44 to the ischemic cuff 5. 44
When air is sent from the ischemic cuff 5 to the ischemic cuff 5, during pressurization and immediately after the pressurization is stopped, pressure fluctuations to the pressure detection section provided inside the main body are too large. Pressure to prevent the pressure detection and display value from fluctuating greatly due to this ripple. It has the function of absorbing fluctuations. For this pressurization and molding, F
It is necessary to make a hole in a part of the shaped plug 49, and a plug 54 is molded in this part to prevent air leakage.

With the above configuration, that is, the cuff pipe 29 from the cuff belt 1, the shield wire 30, and the pressurizing pump 4
By integrating the pump air pipe 45 from 4, the connection with the main body can be performed at once, and the size can be reduced. Further, since the air pipes 45, 29 and the shield wire 30 are molded at the joint part of the plug-in connector part 48, no force is applied to the joint part due to tensile force or bending force, thereby preventing air leakage, poor conduction, etc. Furthermore, since the pump air pipe 45 from the pressure pump 44 and the cuff pipe 29 and shield wire 30 from the cuff belt 1 are formed separated from each other, the pump air pipe 45 swings when the pressure pump 44 is manually operated, but the cuff pipe 29 and shield wire 3
0 does not move, and therefore, cuff band 1 is also not moved by the pipe and shield wire 30, so cuff band 1
Noise is not mixed into the side. Furthermore, cuff pipe 2
9 and the shield wire 30 are integrally molded in parallel, so when bent according to normal specifications, the cuff pipe 2
Since the wire 9 has a large diameter (in this example, the middle diameter is φ4 and the outer diameter is φ8) and is difficult to bend, the shield wire 30 also has a large curvature when bent, making it difficult to break. Furthermore, by making the inner hole of the communication hole 52 to the pressure detection section inside the main body smaller than the communication hole 53 of the cuff band 1 of the F-type plug 49 in the cuff connector section and the pressurizing pump 44, pressure detection and display value can be easily achieved. The ripple fluctuation caused by the operation of the pressurizing pump 44 is softened. Furthermore, it is easy to wrap the cuff band 1 around the main body while the cuff band 1 is connected to the main body, and the pipes 45, 29, the shield wire 30
The parts can be wrapped compactly without bending. This makes the connection plug F-shaped and pipes 45, 2
9. This is because the protruding portion of the shield wire 30 is formed perpendicular to the connection direction.

In summary, the present invention provides a cuff band in which an ischemic cuff and a sound-collecting cuff are superimposed, in which protrusions are extended to face the edges of the ischemic cuff and sound-collecting cuff, respectively, and a microphone is attached to the protruding part of the sound-collecting cuff. A holding part is formed, and a microphone passage hole is formed on the side of the ischemic cuff opposite to the holding part, and a microphone is attached to the microphone holding part, and the microphone is inserted together with the microphone holding part into the microphone passage hole. is inserted through the microphone hole on the ischemic cuff side, so
This has the advantage that the thickness of the microphone can be absorbed by the thickness of the ischemic cuff, making the overall thickness thinner. Since the microphone is inserted through the microphone hole in the ischemia cuff, it is not possible to apply enough pressure to the arm to achieve ischemia at the position where the microphone is placed, and this does not affect ischemia. A protrusion is formed in this manner, and a microphone is provided in this protrusion. Since the microphone is disposed in the protrusion in this way, sound can be taken without adversely affecting blood ischemia and with a small number of parts. It has the advantage of being able to Moreover, since the microphone is inserted into the microphone passage hole on the side of the ischemic cuff, the microphone is not pressed by the ischemic cuff and feels good against the skin.Furthermore, the protruding part of the sound collecting cuff becomes the sound collecting part, so it is easy to see at first glance. This method has the advantage that the position of the sound collection section can be known, the sound collection section can be easily aligned with the artery position, and accurate measurements can be made comfortably.
