Claims (1)
- 旋盤のヘツドストツクに設けた主軸前部にチヤ
ツク取付部材を設け、別体のパワーチヤツクを、
この取付部材に着脱自在に固定し得るようにした
装置において、前記のチヤツク取付部材の中央の
開口内に主軸内に設けた進退筒の先端の複数の掴
持片を位置させるとともに、前記開口の内周には
進退筒の前進時に各掴持片を自身の弾力で拡大さ
せ、進退筒の後退時に各掴持片の先端外側を内方
へ押圧して各掴持片を狭窄させる締付面を設け、
前記進退筒内に進退自在に設けたドローバー先端
のジヨイント部材を進退筒内の前部に設け、この
ジヨイント部材の先端には前進時に自身の弾力で
拡大し、後退時にチヤツク取付部材の開口内に設
けた締付部により内方に押される複数のジヨイン
ト片を設け、前記パワーチヤツクのアダプタの後
部中央の筒状部の外周には前記掴持片の先端内側
の係合凸部に係合する係合凹部を設け、前記パワ
ーチヤツクの後部からアダプタの筒状部を経て突
出したチヤツク爪操作軸の後端外周にはパワーチ
ヤツクがチヤツク取付部材に固定された条件で各
ジヨイント片の先端内側の係合爪に係合する係合
部を設け、旋盤の主軸の後端には進退筒およびド
ローバを進退させる駆動シリンダをそれぞれ設け
た自動チヤツク交換装置。
