Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、石材用ダイヤモンド丸ノコの、ダイヤモン
ドチップの価格を安く作る為に、二酸化ケイ素をダイヤ
モンドの代りに加えるものである。
石材用ダイヤモンドチップは高価な道具として使用して
いる。このダイヤモンドチップの切削性能を低下さぜづ
に、価格を安く、する目的てダイヤモンド５０％、二酸
化ケイ素５０？６使用のチップを作った。
その結果切削能力を低下させずにダイヤモンドの５０％
の費用削減ができた。
二酸化ケイ素はダイヤモンドに比へ非常に安く手に入る
。その結果石材の切削価格を安く押えられる。

第１図は従来の丸、ノコ用ダイヤモンドチップの斜視図
。 第２図は二酸化ケイ素を使用したチップの状態。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 従来使用しているダイヤモンドの量を半分程度に押え半
    分のダイヤモンドの代りとして二酸化ケイ素を使用する
    もの。
