BACKGROUND ART In the production of winding wires and the like, copper or copper alloy materials are cold-rolled, wound on bobbins, and annealed, but there is a problem that the copper or copper alloy materials become loose during annealing.

Conventionally, methods for preventing such sticking of copper or copper alloy materials include (1) a method of reducing the bobbin winding tension of rolled copper or copper alloy materials, (2) a method of lowering the annealing temperature, and (3) a method of reducing the annealing temperature. (4) When winding a rolled copper or copper alloy material, there are methods such as applying silicone oil to the surface of the rolled material or inserting inclusions between the rolled materials before winding it up.

Regarding (1) above, if the winding tension is reduced,
The rolled material becomes loosely rolled and scratches occur.
Regarding (2) and (3), the desired characteristic values cannot be obtained in the rolled material. Regarding (4), the silicone oil applied to the surface of the rolled material during annealing leaks out.
Doing so may stain the inside of the annealing furnace.

Further, the method of winding the film with inclusions requires a device for sending out the inclusions and a device for collecting the inclusions, which increases the number of steps and is uneconomical.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above, to prevent scratches by adjusting the surface properties of copper or copper alloy materials using rolling rolls, and to efficiently produce sound annealed materials without scratches. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for annealing copper or copper alloy materials that can be obtained in a manner that allows for the annealing of copper or copper alloy materials. That is, the gist of the present invention is
Copper or copper alloy material is cold rolled using a rolling roll whose surface is moderately roughened in the range of No. 80 to 800, and the copper or copper alloy material with the roughness of the roll surface transferred is then wound on a bobbin. It is then annealed.

Next, to explain the method of the present invention with an example, in the production of rectangular copper wire for electrical use, the copper wire is rolled into a desired shape using a rolling roll whose roll surface is appropriately roughened in the range of No. 80 to 800. After winding the rolled material into a bobbin, it was brightly annealed.

In addition, when a copper wire is rolled using a rolling roll with a roughness of No. 80 or less on the roll surface, no pecks are observed after bright annealing, but this poses a quality problem as a rectangular copper wire.

As described above, since the present invention cold-rolls copper or copper alloy material using rolling rolls whose roll surface is moderately roughened in the range of No. 80 to 800, the surface of the copper or copper alloy material has a roughened roll surface. The roughness is transferred and minute irregularities are created, and these irregularities reduce the contact area between the rolled materials, so even when the rolled materials are wound on a bobbin and annealed, they do not flop, resulting in scratches. It is possible to obtain a sound annealed material without any

In addition, as one of the conventional methods for preventing sticking, the rolled material may be re-wound to the bobbin during the annealing process, but according to the present invention, this is not necessary and annealing can be performed extremely efficiently.
